Someone justify the Tier 1, 2, 3 Rewards. Do I need to craft Tier 3 things or parts in general? (Even if we had to craft any Tier,1 is the best one cause of how easy its is.) One Bug on Ps4 that still is not fixed, which is Lavos Vials not appearing.
