No it's all pure luck and RNG. Though the % of that mod dropping could be very low and that probably why.

Chrome is shiny like on rims and such,but why not make it into an actual color pack that actual shines too? Red ,Blue, Yellow, (Gold) ect. Though it may need to be workout witouth harming performance and pc players could also have the option for reflections on/off

Since Update 13 and Melee 2.0 we have the new katana (or nikana) type of melee weapon

I heard about this but not really sure if it anything special because I heard about melee 2.0 saw people wishing it will come I see it for myself and was amazed wish it will come too.but is parkour 2.0 anything special or just something that will happen like hud 2.0

So when i look for invite for void type missions people say pm for invite, but the problem is I got to scroll all the down to find their name in the alphabetical order way makes it hard to get the pm and other my join it.
Suggestions
1.Use the touch pad like a mouse and scroll and arrow to have a drop down menu for talk invite ignore etc for those how said something in chat like PSN ID: pm for inv scroll over and click the touch pad.
2.Give the ability to highlight people's phrases Iike pm for inv hit left d-pad and have the drop down menu also when you press X and d-pad up and down to select others

I look for mostly barrel difusion and split chamber but i finally get barrel difusion are some months fail the mission (interception) and didn't get -_- tried many tier survival can only last 5 min by myself and keep recoil reducing mod and with 3 other no luck. also all the sentinal mods still searching

Since the map is based off of the solar system why add the Luna (earth's moon) as a base of said faction. Also will there be a sun level with only certin warframe can only be used there vs an unknown enemy. I know some mission are named after moons like titan saturn.

Do people call him ExcalibEr as a nickname or is it just a frequent mistake? because i have seen it many times and i just don't know now... it is like Booben or Broberon? because Excalibur as we all know IS a word, its the name of the sacred sword of King Arthur etc etc but Excaliber is nothing, i also saw a Toki (Loki) is that another nickname?
I started with Excalibur, even though i don't use it often is still amongst my favourites.
i thought i saw an E in bur

I chose excaliber (U10) because i heard he was the hardest one to get his parts because then being on pluto and he's balanced

I dislike the community that Warframe has. A bunch of hyper-competitive pessimists who are never satisfied with anything.
Its a stereotype, so don't take is as an offense. I'm stating what I've noticed.

No game is perfect they have their problems, glitches, and other crazy things in this game. Don't get me wrong I like this game.
Mine
Getting the same prime warframe part three times in a row in survival in the same match (mag prime helmet)
Phobos grineer flying enemies with rocket launchers (kill me and/or my sentinel every time)
Players who watch you bleed out (not a game problem but why do they do that idk)
players who let you bleed out because you revived someone else and not them (I can't saving everyone unless there's a warframe that revives everybody)
Lech Kril on phobos sponges bullets and won't die unless you're out ammo or something then he starts taking damage
Oxium osprey on nightmare no shields open a door and i'm dead on solo revive or forfeit forfeit
snow globe on the conclaves op and instants lost of round and still in effect after round the first round (iron skin Too)

Basically it's like this kill enemies, assassinate bosses, and collect rare items that it for warframe no story after the 1st and only cutscene (bosses not included) in the game. let me if they're making one after the important stuff gets add and fixed.

I been on warframe since launch of the ps4 on the ps4 version. I didn't see anything about a founders program. It's Like you must be on pc and to show you have excaliber, skana, and lato prime and you must migrate to the ps4 to show everybody what you or something the sell for 1000s of platinum but if there was let me know

hmm mostly from the greneer enemies but it's rare so you're not going to find it easily and i might trade with you

All weapons but most noticeable on sweeper the status numbers keep changing one instant it at 30.3% with a mod for status equipped, then with the same mod it's at 28.2% the back to 30.3%. i don't know what's going on but it also happened with my orthos wihen i equipped melee prowess on the % were 10% or 12% status
