If you have only your primary/secondary equipped, and have a subsumed ability on Equinox that isn't a single handed motion(This happens with Terrify, may also happen with other abilities), cast Maim. IF you use the subsumed ability and then interrupt it by turning off Maim, it will lock your weapon behind your back and you can no longer reload it. Once you run out of ammo, it effectively becomes useless. Recasting the subsumed ability(Terrify in this case) fixes it. If you have another weapon, this can also be fixed by simply swapping the weapon off, and it doesn't work when used with a melee only loadout. This happens as a client and also as a host.
My build currently used an amber archon shard which boosts casting speed, which may be the soul cause of the bug in the first place.

Not entirely sure how common this would be, but considering other caster frames can interrupt certain animations some times, I imagine this would be a somewhat common issue depending on the player.
