It`s not a scam,lel. This cores are leftovers from CBT.
If u dont believe me,here is material from wiki: During the mod system change between Update 6 and Update 7, all of the previous mods were turned into Fusion Cores to be used in the Update 7 system. During this conversion, all of a player's mods were turned into a random core between the rarity of Common 0/10 up to Rare 10/10. After the conversion, Common Cores were maxed to 3/3, while Rare and Uncommon topped off at 5/5. There is currently no way to obtain #/10 mods, as they can't be traded. They have since been retitled as "Ancient Fusion Core" in update 14.0.9.
And for TS,as u can see,it can`t be traded.

1BP = 1 Reactor (Catalyst/Forma and so on). U can`t craft it unlimited times from a singe BP.

Yup,its from Gravidus Dilema event. I know that feel,when you miss events. I wasn`t around only at the time,when the very first event was deployed (one w/ Frost Prime). But then FP BP was added to drop list in the void,so it wasn`t rly painfull.c:

I got my Brakk from event,and its still my #1 wep. :3 Harvester dropped me one BP and Barrel about month ago,when i was hunting for him w/ my friend. And few days ago I accidentaly got Detron Reciever by joining a random party on random invasion (So I`ve met Harvester only 2 times). So,yeah,it`s my story :d Dont give up,and u`ll definitely get all dis kewl weps :3

I think it worth at least not less,than regulars at the marketplace,and u can add few plat for dat extra characteristics. But its only my opinion. And ppl sell `em for about 50pt,or higher,if helms have more usefull buff (Vanguard f.ex.). ^^
