Hi DE,

My Kitty just lost her head and tail suddenly, I've searched around for others with the problem and saw a topic dating back to 2016, anything I can do about this?

I've tried the following:

- verifying the cache
- logging in and out
- putting her in and out of stasis
- changing graphic settings

Nothing seems to help :/
