Update - Finally got the Frontier Eviscerator Exi - kept running Gaia interception 10-15 rounds and finally got one on round 10....so they still spawn, just have to be patient.
And as for Kubrow dens and scanners - they have been glitched forever - hoping U15 gets that cleared up. I did get Death Orbs in the void though.

Got the Butcher Exi - thanks for the tip on Apollodorus APBladeX, got him at 26min, still no Frontier Evi Exi - been trying all the nightmare options, and hanging out as long as possible on Gaia, not luck yet. Just keep at it I guess, I saw on another thread that someone thought after U14 these guys weren't sponing, so if anyone sees one, please post to keep our spirits up. Just want to get this done before U15 and we have a new bunch of guys to find.

I can't seem to find a Butcher Eximus or Frontier Eviscerator Eximus. I've tried Gaia for the frontier with no luck after dozens of long runs, and I may have had a Butcher Exi on Sedna once but he was killed before the scan completed.
Any fresh ideas? Or just keep grinding....

Is anyone else having a problem with incomplete Codex entries but when you scan them in game they say they are already completed? I have Kubrow Dens stuck at 11/12 and can't get the final one to register.

Update - I tried manually scanning a Kubrow den and got the green screen - Codex entry complete - when I got back to my ship, Codex says 11/12 still. Is there a way to reboot your Codex - pretty sure my in game scans are no longer updating my main Codex.

I'm not sure if this is a known issue, but my Helios is still not working. I gave it a month off, but it didn't seem to help.
It is taking scans (wait for item to turn blue and register) but nothing shows up in the codex. For example - I have made 50+ runs on Earth for Kubrow Mods and have scaned 200+ dens and my Codex still says 11/12. Same for many other items, its like the scans taken in game never make it to the Codex anymore. I have 700 plus scan in my inventory, and they go down so they are being used.
Just me or anyone else have issues? If its just me, anyone have a fix?

You need to stay (Gaia) for 10-15 rounds to spawn him - and yes, usually around rounds 6-7 you start to see the normal ones...run with Helios and it makes life alot easier.
