[Bounty 5 is always glitched]

every 2 out of 3 times bounty 5 fails to spawn an enemy target so its highly stressful and time consuming to be able to complete one successful bounty 5 mission. I'm just asking for this issue to get investigated. I play on PlayStation 4 if that has anything to do with it.
