Deadly momentum (Every second you are moving, gain 5% damage) also does not work when the shadow is moving. It also does not transfer over from Sevagoth himself. Fleet footed which increases movement speed based on how many decrees you have does not affect Sevagoth's shadow. Also tested Critical roll. It also does not work when rolling as Sevagoth's shadow. I am just assuming now that not a single decree work on him.
