I've been getting nav segments or cordinates instead of kubrow egss. Anyone know whats up with that?

I cant even get the update going, it says the update cant be completed. So i reinstalled the game, then it says login failed. Or cannot be accessed on this account or something. I would really like to play some before i head to work..
it also says plaaystation network features unavailable on this account at this time. This ruined my day and ill be losing my login bonuses

Well, i was hoping to migrate to pc too. Judging by the comments, doesnt seem likely. The graphics look badass on pc...

I havent found an egg in a while. Despite the countless earth missions, kubrows slain, and dens destroyed; I keep picking up nav cords or nav segments, one of the two, by the dens... Is this like a glitch or something? Help please. I had my male sahasa die after not logging in. I would like to hatch another...
