I think you guys missed OP's point level cap is so that DE has something to balance the game around.

Point is, DE already has level to balance around and that is 80 - 100 , since they introduced Sorties.

Another point is, DE doesn´t know how to balance the game anymore and I can´t blame them for that. The game is just to big with to many frames and weapons and enemy types to be properly balanced.

If you play the game then you are in the same situation. If you don´t have that much Endo in the first place then you don´t need the mentioned mods maxxed.

I have the same problem, but haven´t tried different builds now. Only thing I know is switching weapons works to reload again.

And the reload doesn´t work no matter if the mag is empty and it should auto reload or if you try to manually reload.

if you finish all of the actual week quests, you can do the quests from last weeks... so you can manage to go all the way to rank 30 - but you have a lot to do i think.... 

Best is to combine the weekly challenges with the emmisary ships, which grants another 1500xp for completion.
