Sounds like just a cross between the Seeker, Oberon, and Rhino at the moment, mechanically, and I think it's a tad too rock-based to fit the concept you were originally going for. Some other ideas you might consider (or disregard, I'm just trying to help come up with ideas if you're interested)
Perhaps 1- could be a modified Spore that drifts toward an enemy and if it hits, it grows into a lethal vine that deals puncture damage over time (roots penetrating) and entangles them, and if they die, their corpse blooms flowers as the carnivorous plants feast on them
4- could be Rampant Growth-- vines entangle all enemies, and all of Gaia's flowers spit a multitude of Spores at nearby enemies before withering.
Earth's Protection might cause a visual encrustment of rock or bark that vastly improves her defenses, and is chipped away when struck. At the end of the duration it explodes outwards, dealing damage and knocking down enemies in melee range of her.
Just some ideas. I like the look you have in mind by the way.

1. I had a similar idea but I like yours better.
4. I think the vines should grab enemy's and do puncture damage while also swinging them and slamming them on the ground and if they die cause of the vines there body turns in to spores that go to enemy's and does what your idea for the 1st skill is.

Gaia- Born from the Earth Gaia can materialize rocks, and plant seeds from her body on the ground to summon flora to her aid, Gaia's body is made of a tree with cracks where rocks stick out. Be careful Tenno she creates all and kills all.
1. Spore Bomb- Gaia tosses a spore the tracks an enemy and attaches to them, then explodes doing AOE damage.
2. Earth's Protection- Gaia grows body armor out of rocks to decrease damage taken from enemy's and deflects melee attacks.
3. Healing Touch- Gaia releases energy in her body that restores her and her teammates health and energy no matter where they are.
4. Gaia's Wrath- Gaia unleashes rock spikes all around her from the ground that strike down enemy's surrounding her, when the spikes come out they retreat to the ground fast making the pain worse.
Back Story- Hydroid, Frost, Ember, and Mirage go to Earth to stop Vay Hek but soon find them self's low on health and energy also surrounded by Vay Hek's Grineer soldiers, Vay Hek orders the Grineer to shoot. With the four Tenno's life's on the line Lotus prays for a miracle and that's what she got. The gun shots stop out of the ground a Warframe shows her face she calls out Healing Touch the Four Tenno find them self's ready to fight Vay Hek and his goons with this new Warframe by there side they win the fight and return home. They learn the name of there savior she is life herself the queen of all living things on Earth. Her name is Gaia.
Look- Gaia's body is made out of wood her shoulders are rock solid she has glowing spores all around her she has cracks in her body where rocks come out and she has a crack in her helmet that glows some say it's her soul.
Damage of the Skills- I shall leave that up to the creators of Warframe.

I think this is a good idea for a frame I would love to see it in action.

Name: Slicer
Behavior: Very skinny and very fast goes after who ever shoots it use that as your way to confuse it and can see in very dark areas.
Attacks: has long range duel sword attacks its arms are its swords does fast attacks to take your health down fast.
Environmental restrictions: Level 15 and above, in any infested mission.
Description/reference: Very skinny its legs are its weak spot its body is teared making it very weak.

yeah your right it would be like Hydroid's Undertow how the energy goes down little but i think her skill should go down 2x the time Undertow's goes down.
