I've just been doing some dark sector defense runs on Pluto - Sechura, and noticed that when I'm above ground level, my penta will damage my sentinel but not me. Regardless of range the grenade it detonated at, my sentinel will receive damage. Whether or not I have a firestorm mod on my penta has no effect. I could be well outside the blast radius, but my sentinel can still receive some damage and I won't.
When I'm on the ground, it seems to be fine. When I perch myself on a ledge, looking down, that's when it goes a bit wrong.
Anyone else noticed this? Not to sure if it happens will other explosive type weapons.

I've noticed that I have received some mods labeled as damaged. The mod picture would appear as if it was cracked, and are overall lower stats and rank compared to normal. Did you get it while you had the thing Vor attached to you during the prologue? That's when I seemed to have gotten mine. I have not noticed anymore damaged mods since being freed.
Not be a bug. Hope we could be able to "repair" them, as I got one i need.

Really? I always thought that for completing a mission on nightmare, your pretty much guaranteed a nightmare mod. Even the warframe wikia, http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Nightmare_Mode, pretty much says that, "As a reward for accepting the challenge, completing the mission will result in a special prize of a Rare Nightmare mod with dual effects."
So what your saying is that, if I'm supposed to kill a certain enemy for a chance of a nightmare mod reward at the end, completing a exterminate mission on nightmare should guarantee a nightmare mod. I just tried that and no nightmare mod.
Previously when I have completed a mission on nightmare, I was always rewarded with a nightmare mod. The last nightmare mission I had done was a couple of days prior to update 14. Now after update 14, I have so far completed 3 nightmare mission with no nightmare mod rewards. Something is wrong.

While I wait till they fix the Vor's Prize quest bug, I did a Nightmare run on Earth - Mantle. Successfully completed the mission and at the End of Mission screen, I noticed I wasn't awarded a nightmare mod. Checked my mod collection, couldn't see any recently added nightmare mod.
I filed a bug report. Played the mission again to be sure, and I still didn't get a nightmare mod.
Is this happening to anyone else? Did they change how nightmare mods are awarded?

Penta Causing Damage To Sentinels When Fired Above Ground Level

After doing some more testing, I now suspect it could actually be the Volatile Runners are the real culprit. When I kill a large group of Volatile Runners, they blow up which doesn't do damage to my frame, but to my sentinel. Can anyone else confirm this?
