    The "Devil of Midnight" is a personal mythos, and I was able to really flesh him out in Soul Calibur 5. He is a masked warrior who carries out the darkest deeds so that his people don't have to have it weighing against their own souls. His sworn, solemn duty is creating new hope through the destruction of evil. I played him originally under Cervantes, so Ash is a perfect fit for the mold.

    harharhar! I just found out how awesome Obex is building it for a trophy. Think I'll keep it awhile after experimenting, it's way fun.

    I personally think that spending 150 dollars in a videogame is a huge waste, but that's your choice.

    Have you not bought DLC for anything? I bought all the Mass Effect 3 story goodies piecemeal, and enjoyed each of them on my way to the final conflict. Just Cause 2 DLC went on a crazy sale for PS Plus, adding up to less than a dollar for most items, and I snapped 'em all up and was a little further ahead. Mortal Kombat and Injustice's Season passes were a great value for me, but that's probably because I'm a massive fan of the franchise and fighting systems in those games- I suck at Street Fighter and Marvel vs. Capcom 3, so I never put anything down for them, but they were fun to try.

    And some people think putting huge amount of hours grinding these things is a waste ;)

    Some people have time and some have money, that's just how it is man! :D

    This guy gets it! What if I get hit by a bus? Do I really want to be laying in the hospital bed thinking "I still have that stupid Soma in the oven?"

    My time is more valuable, and DE can play in my pockets all they want.

    Hi developers, forum mods, and other players! First off I would like to say thanks for adding Prime Access in the first place. As someone on the wallet warrior side of the game, I'm glad to be able to "go for it" all at once. I also appreciate splitting up the bonuses on PS4 into more manageable prices- very good form indeed.

    That said, I would like to request that the $140 bundle with the 4300 platinum return, possibly as a third option for those like me who love plat shopping sprees. That would be the ideal, to have the Frame+Plat package and then the accessory/ booster bundle, then a combination at top-tier pricing for both. If that can't be done, then I'd like to request an equivalent bundle of platinum come with the accessory package so that it reaches closer to the big 43. Thanks for reading!

    Tysis, not exactly OP, but building for minimal damage but max status, tag that with radiation, and it's a cake walk in T3 Defense with others while you're sitting back, poking darts into the arses of the Corrupted and suddenly they start firing back on their own allies. Much fun to be had. =w=

    I have to admit, that does sound pretty fun. Nyx's Chaos on tap in a gun? Yes please!

     

    Well I do suppose with this new update, It's not the ugliest looking box in the arsenal now x3

    Don't care for the new look myself.  It doesn't feel right for what the weapon does, you know.  Nothing about that says "grenade launcher".  It's just too sleek.  I'd expect that to be some sort of assault rifle.  One that fires beams at that, as it reminds me of Vorlon ships.

    Ehh, they're organic grenades. Heck, the infested look like they're full of gas anyhow :D

    I use it all the time for solo missions, in multiplayer its useless since everyone has freaking pentas.

     

     

     Major difference is the huge 100 round magazine, 140 with Ice Storm. Dual also fires a little faster.

     

    The common complaints I hear with weapons like these is that ammo is a problem and the wind up time is off-putting, but as usual those are exaggerations. At the beginning, yeah, they kinda suck, they chew through ammo simply because they do little damage so you have to shoot more. But now with 3 polarities, I can fit enough mods on the Cestras to spit 2-3 bullets per shot, make the wind up almost negligible, have a 140 mag, punchthrough at 1.8m, and deal like 500 damage per bullet. You only need to tap the trigger to kill most common enemies, making them ammo efficient.

     

    I'll post a build like I did with my Lecta once I have another forma in it.

    I really want to see the miter use the thunderbolt mod and have access to primed and charged chamber I think it would help its case alot more then rifle mods alone

    Exploding blades is what it needs! That way it's finally the true Unreal Ripper it needs to be.

     

    Been using Dual Cestras lately, they are sick OP as hell son!

    At only 2 forma used they're pretty great though

    I've been thinking about Cestra for awhile, paired alongside Synapse for a non-bullet build for curiosity. What's the major differences between single and double?

    Got Miter parts while farming for Trinity... that Systems BP just wouldn't drop.

     

    Pros: ...uh. Punch-through?

    Cons: it's buggy as hell. Bounces are unpredictable, shots don't seem to connect reliably, spam-fire speed winds up and down. Also, quite low damage.

     

    As bad as most of the bows are, I'd still take any of them over Miter. And when Cernos is better than a sawblade-slinging death machine, it's time for the sad face.

     

    Odd weapons that were fun: does the Glaive count? I really enjoyed it. Sold it in anticipation of Glaive Prime, but GP doesn't feel the same, and it had this hideous bug where it wouldn't retract properly in the arsenal view. Made my nose tighten up, got headaches, sold it in the end.

    I'm really looking forward to the Glaive/ Prime. I killed my login bonus to get the blueprints to pop. I'm at the point where I think I can be a little less of a wallet warrior after unlocking Mars and Salvage as a resource. And now that I have Thunderbolt, nothing stops my frames. I'm a rocket sniper.
