  1. I like the idea for the Rakta Venka more, as it seems more "brutal" to me. This is just my thought on this, don't get me wrong...

     

     

    For the post itself:

     

    1. Technological Superiority mod for Corpus weapons: I think Radiation Damage fit more than Corrosive. It's more effective against Grineer.

     

    2. Telos Galatine and Sancti Cernos: You gave the Galatine and the Cernos an augment already. For now, it's enough.

     

    3. Harmonic Tesla for the Prova: I think that a damage boost or reach boost is what will do the Prova a little better.

     

    4. Thanatos Project mod for daggers: What? How does it work?

     

    The like the rest of the ideas. I have a little problem with the Rakta Syberis, but I don't find any other primery weapons that fit more to the spirit of the Red Vail...

    1 .Aye, I always thought corrosive was better against Grineer, thanks for letting me know!

    2. I think the Cernos needs a liiitle bit more umph, but I'll agree about the Galatine.

    3. The Prova is so weak, it'd be better served redirecting its purpose to be more of a stun-lock CC weapon than a damager like EVERYTHINg else. I'm trying to diversify a little bit. ^_^

    4. Thanatos Project, as stated, allows you to teleport to an enemy while using daggers (or dual daggers) at around the range of 30 meters away via tapping the attack button and aiming at the enemy with your reticule. Like Ash's teleport, but not near as long range, and no energy cost, and not an ability.

     

  2. Seems like a good idea, but as for that Continual Lance mod for Ceph, that would make people go for a lower fire rate and a higher magazine, essentially making any laser weapon overpowered.  And that 400% max is 5x the base damage of said laser weapon.  I think either lower the damage boost or lower the cap for damage.  And I doubt the simulor would be put in a different syndicate.

    I'm thinking on the lines where "Excalibur shouldn't be nerfed, everyone/thing else should be BUFFED." So I didn't factor op into much, because I think there should be a new norm, and a new op. But that's just me.

  3. Hello! This is MY idea on how to give each syndicate a little bit more worth and much more delight for players that wish to put the effort into working on the Syndicates. I would like this to be a GROWING topic, so I'd love as much feedback and input as you can allow. No idea is dumb, no opinion is wrong.

    For starters, I'd like for all Syndicates to have Syndicate-specific armor, armor that matches their already existing syandana, so as to not alter the aesthetic of the aforementioned syndicate, and to keep the feel DE was originally going for with them.

    Naturally, I believe that the reptuation cap as-is, is far too small. Bring it up to a BASE of 20k, while increasing 3500k per rank-up.

    Also, all Syndicates should be changed so instead of offering keys for 25k, they should offer it for 15k, as they are rather over-priced for how easily you could grind out these keys instead of buying them. The cost reduction would make it WORTH purchasing on occasions. Alternatively, they could raise the price to 35k, but have it so one of the keys is a GUARANTEED T4, based on the syndicate. (Between two different T4s possible for said syndicate)

    All 1-weapon specific mods will naturally, in addition to whatever stat buffs I give the mod card, it will also have that syndicate's effect. (ie +1 Blight for Red Veil)

    Now, here are some individual things I personally would like to see put into each syndicate, I will try my best to keep to theme, though I know I won't please everyone, which is fine! This is an open topic for debate and friendly converse. Hope you enjoy!

    Thanatos Project - Augment Mod for dagger weapons only (includes dual-daggers) - Whenever you attack with your melee weapons out (held in your hands) you can teleport towards the enemy you target up to 30 meters away.

    Enigmatic Carnage - Augment mod for Karyst only - Each kill with the Karyst gives you a small aura that lasts 10 seconds, the aura constantly does 10% of the enemy's CURRENT health in true-damage per-second. If the enemy goes below 10% of their max health, they are killed instantly (Does not count as a kill for the ability). Each Karyst-specific kill resets the 10 second timer.

    Archer's Ascension - Augment mod for the Cernos only - Whenever you strike an enemy with a hit, you are given 30% movement speed and all arrows you fire seek enemy targets, flying towards whatever was closest to your aiming reticule. Multiple arrows fly in different directions (such as with split chamber)

  4. That's a common problem between all platforms, not PS4 specific. It was an intended design decision, albeit an irritating one. That problem is still up on the main 'Textures' section. I only removed the PS4 PBR problem from the list since that has been fixed.

    Thank for the good work Sci, as long as we keep this topic breathing, eventually DE will have to pay attention. I was banned for 7 days for truth-spewing too much, but now I am back and ready to help keep this topic alive. Can't wait to finally see Ash Prime coloring choices completed one day. ^_^

  5. The NRG drain to keep dmg reduction at 100% against the toughest situations you can get into while meleeing

     

    is HUGE and will drain hundreds of energy in matter of seconds.

     

    Sure you don't have to channel against kill count fodders,

     

    but

     

    Meleeing against heavy gunner?

     

    Or closing gap against group of Grineers?

     

    Or against those Detron and Sobek?

     

    Forget it all, melee is 100% not-viable in those situations anymore

    I melee level 50+ enemies with a multitude of different weapons, including heavy gunners and the like, and I never even USE block. So.....no.

    I can make an emblem, any kind you want, I'm pretty quick at it, and I'm rather good at it, if you've got the plat (or maybe very special, specific mods/items/etc that I might be willing to trade for one) I'll happily make an Emblem for you. It all depends on the complexity of the design or the difficulty involved, but normally it will most likely be between 60-100 platinum.     Aye, it was, but the Xbox hotfix thing might create a longer wait time, explained below.

    TC, apparently the 16.11 build (Excal rework) is getting ready for cert, but you guys are likely to get a hotfix before then to help with certain bugs that they missed that have something to do with endless missions (?), so give it a week or two.

    I agree, no bringing up console superiority pleased, we hate it enough when the PC thugs do it to us, we don't need to do it to Xbone.

    Also, DE has expressed previously that want to release updates with Xbone and PS4 together, meaning howver long it takes for Xbone to resolve their little issue, is how long it will take us PS4 players to get anything done too. So, sadly, Xbone's issues affect us PS4 players

    Example - Nyx Nemesis skin delay.

    I'd expect an update for both consoles in 2-3 weeks if we're lucky, 1 month if not, and 2 months if unlucky.

    It's no war, it's pretty obvious Xbone shouldn't have gotten Warframe. but hey! Whatever. :D More moneys for DE.

  9. If you've got the money to spend, buy an access or accessories pack, don't buy just simple platinum, enormously better deal with the prime pack stuff. but yah, if you love this game enough to spend money, I say totally go for it, you'll really appreciate it I know I have.

I mean, since some kind of hotfix to fix a lot of issues they are having right now is being sent in for certification, and DE has expressed how they don't want one console behind behind another, isn't it quite possible that due to this, we might have to wait another 2 or more weeks for you to do whatever you're doing with that "console" before a cert for a REAL update that MATTERS is sent in for cert? Not like you can send a big hotfix into cert for Xbone AND one for a big update all in one certification to Microsoft, yah? So....this is going to end up taking longer than I thought, thanks to (Again) Microsoft/Xbone, huh?

  11. Mynki's overall creativity and creation/design has been severely lacking for a long time now. Ash Prime, Limbo, Chroma, and now even Equinox looks like the concept art for Limbo, before he decided to go a different way with Limbo, and then come BACK to Limbo's original concept art and just turn that into a new frame. I'd say dethrone him, but he's surrounded by a bunch of yesmen, he has no real "team" of creators, it's just him doodling until he likes the weird crap he's putting out, and then calling it a finished piece, despite the numerous flaws.


    What I'm ultimately saying is, is that Mynki is a good designer and artist, but Warframe is becoming over-saturated with his designs, he really needs to get new, fresh artistic/creative blood in there to help him or take over, ones that ARE NOT yesmen that will just say everything he's making is awesome and blah blah blah.

    It's possible, though I coulda swore a notification for such would pop up. Though I could be wrong. Also, it was me telling people the down-to-brass-tacks facts about Equinox' gender and what you call him or her not mattering. You can call her a him, and him a her. :D

    S'far as I could tell, everyone was going with the flow and nothing bad was happening, also, even if an argument did erupt, pretty sure that just locking it would solve the issue easily enough, it didn't have to be deleted. :/
