[Forma Polarize Bug]

Hi guyz, after the Build. Prepare. Endure Update, there were bugs everywhere, it even cause my Dual Ichor bug, I've only polarize it for the 2nd time but its written 3 star, it should be 2 star, it wasted my forma, from 2 to 0, I've tried to forma my Dual Ichor 1 time and it did not polarize any slots for me, that doesnt really matter, and so i tried the 2nd time, it success. but when i checked my foundry i saw that 1 of my forma was gone out of no where, Help please, ty.
