  1. Keeping this updated, so that DE knows that it is still ongoing

    (Pictures for reference = https://imgur.com/a/FbZnX)

Here are the problems that I am noticing.

    1) Defector spawns in rooms in pictures 1 and 2 will always fail. This has happened to me ever since I started running this mission type.

    2) Pictures 3,4,5 and 6 are instances where the Defectors do not move at all even when prompted to "Move out". This might be lack of testing data but this has only happened when I used Ember.

    Potential solutions:

    1) Remove this room (easy) or alternatively implement a system where players can initiate a "/unstuck" command on Defectors

    2) Like the above a command to unstuck the Defectors would help immensely. Alternatively, after having used the "Move Out" command, if the Defectors do not move for X seconds, they should respawn at the closest Med pod.

  2. Isolated what was the problem:

I had the Offering. Friend did not.
Friend stunned and hacked the Bursa.
Because my friend did not have the offering I'm pretty sure the system defaulted to zero. So we lost an offering but gained nothing in return.

As Rebecca has already stated, hotfix 16.4.2 should fix this.

Check the time I posted. And you'd see this is post hotfix. Try not to be too smart about it.

  3. I did the mission with a 100k offering. We waited till 100% and then the voice confirmation from the Lotus and killed the Bursa. For some reason the message at the top of my HUD stayed white and I just lost 100K. Thank you DE. Now please fix or don't release buggy events.

  4. Its time for DE to make up its mind. Either all abilities get LoS restrictions or none of them do. Its pretty ridiculous that Loki, can pull weapons from an unlimited amount of enemies within Radial Disarm's radius and with his augment even make them fight each other. Excalibur's ult maintained relevance to enemies up to level 25 and then your max power strength and range build hurts yourself. Loki's is good from level 1 to 999.

If anything Loki exemplifies what is wrong with Warframe. Loki is a frame that trivializes all of the content in the game with invisibility, a great decoy, huge maneuverability and the disarm. The recent tactical alert (Phoenix Intercept) could only be solo-ed with Loki, yet here DE is punishing the majority of the player base for what a small, small part of the population is doing in Draco. Why not punish all Loki players by giving his abilities LoS or better yet adding a Nullifier type enemy to all classes? I mean every Warframe YouTuber has made a video showing how they solo-ed it with Loki. Draco farming required knowledge, mods and more importantly a team to work. Sure it was a press 4 to win event but is Loki not the solo-er's wet dream, running counter to the teamwork pushed by DE?

When is Interception going to get fixed? When are we going to put spawn limiters so that exp and rep are gained in a way more inline with DE's expectations? When is DE going to announce upfront what negative changes are coming to frames?

  5. Yo, why can Loki still pull weapons from enemies, make them disappear and make them fight each other (with the augment)? From behind a wall, without the enemies knowing and without looking at said weapons? Where do the weapons go? Does Loki shove it up his rear?

The players have been giving you millions of ideas to rework Excalibur instead of using him as a crash dummy to test a crappy LoS and "awareness" system that is tied to a game with horrible AI. Please just rework him, tell us you're going to do it, make a strawpoll so we can vote for what we want. It shouldn't be that hard. At least then you wouldn't need to "miss" something in the patch notes or apologize for something you have done over, and over and over again.

  6. I personally don't know how I feel about this topic. I for one always spent plat on slots up until a year ago when I bought $20 of plat and proceeded to buy the Boltor Prime, Paris Prime and Rhino Prime. I think the Primes need to be tiered. The Paris Prime is fine as an MR 3 - 5 weapon. Its a one hit kill for most things, requires skill and readies you for the other projectile weapons in the game. The Soma at MR 6 is the turning point for most players. The gun is and always will be a beast and from here on out you should be able to use even more powerful weapons, hence the Boltor Prime/ Soma Prime. MR 8 is a pain to get for the D Nikana, so I'd say 7 would be the perfect number and a long enough wait for you to ditch your Boltor for the Prime one.

But yeah, the Boltor Prime is way too powerful to be in the hands of MR 2 - 6's. Other guns just pale in comparison, and the content will not be up to scratch as it'll destroy anything on the Star Map. So let's gate the Boltor Prime behind the MR wall. Maybe then people will play with the majority of the guns before sticking to the Primes.

  7. The damage given to enemies on a successful headshot needs to be increased. This'll make taking down VIP targets (something a Sniper should do) easier. Punch through would be nice honestly, as snipers share the 72 sniper ammo pool but don't have the efficiency of the bows when taking down mobs.

  8. I just did about 20-25 rounds of a T1 Defense and unfortunately enough, I did not coordinate with the host as to what level/loot we would be quitting. After carrying the team for the entirety of the game, the host left when the Rhino Prime Systems component came up. He left, and I and another Tenno that was going to stay for more received the Mission Failed alert. What’s the deal? If the hosts leaves either everyone should be forced to leave or we should know beforehand that those staying will lose their loot. I’m thankful that this was only a T1 Defense and not a T4 or T3. DE please fix this.

  9. I just want to ask for a mode where I want say the Boltor Prime Receiver, play through 20-30 minutes of an extremely hard mission (T4 Survival or Defence or MD) and be able to get what I want. I wouldn't even mind if I don't get the other drops. It'd just be nice to set a target and be able to get it consistently without relying so heavily on luck. As it stands at most you can only get at most 2 drops from the C rotation with one key. On your next key you aren't even guaranteed to get 2 different items from the C rotation. Please DE, give us the SmartRNG.

  10. You still don't seem to understand that the 2 extra damage is a 20% increase in overall DPS considering how elements work.

And people don't use regular Soma because of the exact incorrect mindset you're arguing with in this post; they mistakenly think Boltor's better.

C'mon man, we all know the Boltor Prime is better than the Soma.

By adding one more weapon to boltor P status, you're going to be complaining a month later when it turns into a two gun meta as opposed to a one

gun meta. Instead, the Soma P currently is not too OP, and if the boltor P gets a nerf, we have not only two weapons at the top, but perhaps a whole lot more because the older weapons will become relevant again.

Maybe this means you cant get to wave 6 billion anymore, but it will be a lot more fun getting to wave 3 billion because its still harder.

Still waiting for the Synapse to make a comeback XD

  11. It would have been nice to see a damage change from Slash -> Puncture and slightly higher crit chance. Right now, there's not really a huge point to getting the Soma Prime, hitscan is hitscan but enemies will overwhelm you in T4 missions so the range bonus is negligible. Sustained fire is nothing when Bombard missiles and nades go through Frost's Globe and Volt's Shield. Lets be honest, if you wanted an easy top tier weapon the Boltor Prime is still easier to get from trading and is so much easier to mod.

Still waiting for Snipers to do 2x more damage than they already do on headshots, till then I'll struggle bus the T4s with my Vectis.

  12. nerf the amount of arrows of Dread, Cernos, and other bow weapons. why? because it's unrealistic to have like 72 arrows in that quiver. also, when I look at the quiver I see only 3 arrows. where do the rest of the arrows come from? I think 10 arrows should be max because that quiver can't possibly hold a lot.

You're okay with waving your Jazz Hands to take away enemy weapons as Loki? Fire a space cannon with the Opticor? Freeze water molecules to form a Globe that is invulnerable for 4 seconds? You're ok with all this except the fact that you see 3 arrows in the quiver? LOL

  13. This would be the buff that the sniper weapon class truly needed honestly. The question that arises is whether these bonuses should only apply to weapons that use the sniper ammo pool or applied to all types of weapons?

  14. Because giving people broken features is not intended. At least they're fixing it. LoS is a wonderful change, logically, to a lot of warframes. It enhances team dynamic. The only, and I say ONLY reason you're upset about this, or in fact, anyone is upset about this, is because they can no longer sit in one place and press a single button to gain rewards with minimal effort. That's all this giant outrage is, and it's goddamn disgraceful.

Should we change Frost too? Because literally that's all he is. Press 3 wait, Globe breaks or duration ends. Recast. Not all of us exploited Viver, stop generalizing.

  15. I understand how some of the frame abilities such as radial javelin or blade storm would need line of sight but other abilities like rhino stomp or molecular prime operate on a different aspect. Rhino stomp is a shockwave and that would be stupid to have as a line of sight as it is more like an earthquake and molecular prime is an energy wave that travels through objects as radiation which also doesnt need a line of sight.

Shockwaves don't hold the same exact power over a long distance. Enemies further away from Rhino should be submitted to less effects than enemies closer to the center. I'll ignore the stop time component for simplicity. As for radiation, there are multiple things that block it typically, lead. Who's to say that the Grineer, Corpus or the Orokin did not implement radiation blocking materials. Something that is key to surviving radiation from our sun. Let's not play the logic game here. I play Warframe to play a game not play a physics simulator.

  16. I’d like to know what your tactics are for farming T1 keys. Right now I’m running excavation missions on Earth for the easy keys yet they do not consistently drop the keys I want. I’ve gotten T1, T2 and T3 keys. So are there strategies that you guys use to get T1 keys other than the standard 15 min and extract low-level survivals?

  17. We shouldn't be able to 100% expect our abilities to be the instant solution to all of our problems when not used with skill by the player. If you can press any button and just not worry about anything it's going to end with a game that supplies instant gratification and quick loss of interest when the "challenge" is gone.

Loki's Radial Disarm begs to differ.  Valkyr's Godmode begs to differ. Nova's MPrime going through walls is raising her hand. Saryn's Miasma too. The challenge comes from working these already powerful skills into viable tactics for late-game content. Some of us liked using Radial Javelin to stun enemies in T4s so we could save our fallen teammates. Some us liked using Shield Polarity to restore our own shields.

  18. Before this, the overall community feedback was that Viver needed a nerf.

Now the overall feedback is that nerfs are bad and should never happen.

The people spoke, and they changed their mind.

You're a community moderator right? Surely you have the small amount of intelligence required to know that people are being outraged at the Warframe nerfs rather than the change to the Interception mechanics. The only thing you are doing is baiting for angry replies like mine. I'm pretty sure we as a community agreed that "Viver" needed a change  and certainly not the frames involved in the exploit. The frames that all of us also use outside of Viver. The new meta on Viver is either gonna be 2 Trinity + 2 Ash / 2 Sayn. What's DE gonna do next? Nerf Ash? Saryn? Trinity? Or attack the actual root of the issue Viver as a node and the ridiculous farming for reputation?

  19. LoS needed for abilities is not bad, hell, it makes some things less broken. Stop whining about not being able to spam 4 on Viver to get crazy amounts of affinity. Get over it you entitled baby.

If LoS is "needed" then all frames with the exception of few should have this implemented the same time as Mag, Excal and Trinity did. Loki's Radial Javelin for example, Nyx's Mind Control (I never could understand how she could see enemies through walls), Trinity's Blessing shouldn't be able to heal allies she can't see. Not all of us were exploiting Viver you unobservant &#!. Some of us were happy to see Excalibur see some play in late game content. Just because you are on the internet do not think you can make the assumption that you know everything about everyone get off your high horse before you fall, fool.

  20. I don't know if DE ever intended in making Frames fall into tier lists. As the game currently is right now, very few frames are viable in endgame content (T4/T3 Endless missions are hereby referred to as endgame).  Either due to how hard it is to farm him or just because how bad he is Hydroid is never seen for example. From the get go, Excalibur is presented as a balanced frame. Something that balances a little bit of everything for everyone. he is the typical warrior class from most RPG's yet he is most undeniably crappy in his current incarnation. Let's take a look at the other skills the other beginner frames have.

Volt's Shock deals damage, Electric Shield blocks damage and gives increased critical chance and bonus electrical damage while granting unlimited range to range-capped weapons, Speed grants a movement speed utility for the entire team and lastly, Overload is an AOE nuke that ignores obstacles if there are electronics around.

Mag's Pull is a huge CC that stuns an unlimited amount of enemies whilst dealing magnetic damage. Shield Polarize post-nerf deals damage only when enemies can see you, however it still grants your entire team renewed shields. Bullet Attractor is meh but has its uses on a single problematic target. Crush I believe, still goes through walls and while its CC abilities are lacking you still get guaranteed damage.

Now here is Excalibur. Slash Dash is very underpowered compared to the rest of the first skills of the other starter frames. It has no CC effect, does not scale in the least and is as everyone knows plain terrible. Radial Blind post-"rework" (we all know its a nerf) is a CC ability that grants the utility (of dealing the stealth multiplier) to an entire team however, it is dependent on hitting the maximum amount of enemies so that your teammates can safely deal massive amounts of damage. The two problems are that you will never hit all your enemies thus, your utility is never at a 100% of its potential. The second being if you don't hit an enemy, that enemy can still kill you and your team while other frame's CC skills provide a guaranteed damage reduction. Super Jump is a skill that requires a total rework (Corpus MOAs can still hit invisible targets if they have seen them prior to being invisible). And finally, Radial Javelin, every other Frame has an ultimate that can in some way bypass obstacles. Radial Javelin does not, its CC is meh compared to Radial Blind and other frames can do what Radial Javelin does better with more utility.

So DE please, I have played 20% of my 600+ hours on Rhino, 19% of that on Excalibur. That 19% only came into being when I lifted the veil of ignorance and discovered the sheer awesomeness that was Radial Blind before the LoS changes. I'm not saying that you should bring that back. I'm saying that for the sake of consistency and fairness either bring all the other frames into the same mechanical limitations that Excalibur has been forced to undergo (looking at God mode Valkyr)  or rework Excalibur completely (personally I'd prefer the former not the later). The third option, would be to actually handle the enemy scaling and interception mechanics that seem that have brought on these changes.
