synapse generally already kills stuff in a split second, so a extra 2% damage isnt really gonna do anything. but again, everything dies in a split second, procs are pretty useless too, but if i had to choose between the 2, proc seems more useful than 2% more damage, mostly because some procs translates to more damage anyway, and it's definitely more than 2% more damage.

Tail Wind if I'm not fully mistaken is based on power duration, if you are using fleeting expertise you might be experiencing the short flights because of that.
this, exactly, which is why my tailwind takes me 30~40metres, and yours do not, OP.
if you still want to use fleeting expertise on her, you're gonna need to counter that -duration.
besides, turbulence is a amazing skill, so reduced duration is generaly bad for zephyr.

Well we knew that legendary mods were coming anyway. A legendary fusion mod being a part of the game is only natural if there are other legendary mods due. Only I'd expect it to be a reward for future high level end-game content. Like, the the most hardcore of the end-game content. And it would have a pretty low drop chance. Considering you could just use it to instant max other legendary mods, it probably would be one of the hardest to get of the bunch.
that's basically saying because there's are rare mods in the game, it's only natural primed chamber gets put in the game as a obtainable reward, because primed chamber is also a rare mod. which obviously hasnt happened yet, after months of primed chamber being implemented.

'Eh. Legendary Cores as part of special events would be interesting. Especially if, no matter what side you picked, you'd get one. Maybe have some kind of prerequisite though, like getting to X, Y, or Z rank in the whatever. As an individual.
as i said in another thread, if they're gonna come from events, it would probably be for "top players" (ala how primed chamber was first given out), not just doing the objective. and noting how powerful each legendary core is, they should only be given out sparingly.
and again, "top players" generally just mean "good at exploiting", and rewarding exploitation isnt good.
-
100 plat to buy a legendary core that's worth around 1200 cores? how about no.
i suspect legendary core was made for the apologies, and will never actually make it into the game where you can obtain them normally, or even through events.
-
top 3 players of each event, seriously, they're too powerful to give them out generously.
edit: but then again, top players of every event are usually all just exploiters, so it doesnt even feel right to reward exploitations.

i use critical delay on my Soma, mostly because i prefer having the weapon whiffing every 10th shot instead of every 4th. and yes, although i havent actually dont the math on it, im pretty sure critical delay actually lowers DPS, especially if you dont have shred or speed trigger.
another point to note is Soma is strong enough to one shot alot of things, so to converse ammo, i take 1 shot instead of a burst, so again, if it only whiffs every 10th shot instead of every 4th, it's much more reliable.
edit: if anything, i think you need shred on your Soma.

Rhino's opposite would be Nekros. Loki has the build of an Adonis.
it doesnt make anything i said less true.
-
problem is if it's 90% chance of either Loki or Rhino, even a silhouette of the frame would completely give away which it is, since the physique of the 2 frames(loki and rhino) are on complete opposite of the spectrum.
edit: unless DE trolls us and it's neither rhino or loki.

What do you think?
i think you're abit late on the topic.
edit: in all seriousness, stupid people do stupid things, and some stupid people have money.

it's coming in melee 2.0.
-
and this is one of the reason why the AI and animation needs an upgrade, currently there's no such thing as momentum for the enemy, so even a charging shield lancer can do a U-turn almost instantly, in the smallest turning circle.
-
to be honest, i dont use tailwind for the damage anyway. id actually rather have the damage completely removed, and reduce the energy cost.
-
pretty sure gremlin was based on some kind of grineer construction tool, then re-purposed for killing, so it's only natural they look like so sort of tool, in this case, a nail gun.
-
and DE at a livestream(quite a long time ago) even said they KNEW HOW to fix it, so apparently they think it's not a high priority bug that needs fixed.
-
hopefully the movement system, and then the energy system after that.
edti: on a side note, the current invasion system needs so much changed we might as well call it invasion 2.0 when it does get fixed/tweaked.

sounds like a defective/damaged graphics card, im dead serious, i had this problem before.
-
it makes her aerodynamic...IN SPACE.

weird request, how about spelling the name correctly?
in all seriousness, i disagree, it shouldnt have more recoil, if it gets more recoil, ill call it a nerf.

It's clear from this thread that adding a Mod to help lessen bleed proc is not the solution. Seeing that Bleed Proc is more of an overall issue than just from Eviscerators is noted. Seems to be that tweaking Bleed Proc as a whole is what will alleviate some issues.
The suggestion to change Bleed Proc to occur only when your shields are down seem to be the favoured option.
Will continue to read feedback as this discussion progresses, thanks!
not to sound ungrateful you listened or anything, but at some point, we need to stop discussing, and act and solve the issue.

"several times". the void is designed to be grinded, not get parts after "several times". yes we all think there should be less grind, but here's how it is.
-
no, horrible idea, also even LESS reason to use vitality than we already do.
-
i see nothing wrong with that stance.

Bleed Proc/Eviscerators
The back and forth debate about the real problem with Eviscerators has been going on for some time. On one hand, new players are finding Earth has become an impassable wall due to the level of difficulty the Eviscerators possess, and on the other hand, the way bleed proc is applied to your Warframe can be a death sentence to the highest level of players. Veteran players feel that by modding your weapon/Warframe properly you should have no problem tackling an Eviscerator, but agree that bleed proc needs some tweaking. Some solutions suggested include:
· Making AI bleed proc only happen if your shields are down.
· Create a new Mod with a % resistance to proc damage.
· Tone down Eviscerators firing rate/frequency.
· Keep their stats the way they are but make them a ‘Leader’.
Further review will be made on this issue!
and DE still doesnt acknowledge the fact bleeding proc is a widespread bad mechanic and isnt exclusive the to eviscerators, so the only "good" solution on the list is the first(make bleed only proc with shields down). the 2nd could work too, but just look at how many people actually uses resistances mods, EVEN after they got buffed, even the 60% doesnt outweigh the fact it's too situational.

i like the ending where it says "to be continued.."
but in all seriousness, maybe expand the adventure/story a little before posting this?
