Happy Tuesday (although somehow it feels like a Monday)!

To add on to the typo reports / suggestions already reported, it might also be worth adding Thursday's Devstream to the summary outline so people have a better idea of all streams scheduled for this week.

The devstream is next week (the 28th).

The "spawn platform" can and will be destroyed, meaning you respawn floating in mid-air (you can also die on the spawn platform)

This must be a bug. You are actually on a platform when you respawn. Frequently Nihil will launch a shard while you are still on it. It will land on the platform & you can retrieve it from there even though you can't see the platform you are standing on. It needs to be quick though - before the platform despawns. Multiple times the shard was in the air already as I respawned and I was able to pick it up, throw it, and get off of the platform before it despawned. (The platform still changes colors before it despawns.)

Once you hit stages 2 & 3 when he starts teleporting all over the place, you just need to move in the opposite direction. If you are on a platform across the playing field when he arrives, he will almost always launch another shard at you. No sword swings to avoid at all. Though in stage 3 he will sometimes teleport multiple times without attacking between them.

If you lose more than 1/3rd of the platforms, you might as well just quit and restart, because 99% of the time, the shards go flying off into the Void and the mission basically becomes impossible (or at least impossibly lengthy) to complete.

Not really. When I finally completed this one, there were only 5 small platforms left. I was primarily hopping between 3 of them trying to get enough distance for him to throw shards. His last 2 bits of health took about 2 minutes because of the near-constant teleporting he was doing before throwing shards.

Now that I have the Vitrica, I will not be playing this one again. There are faster and easier ways to get rivens.

It's only painful the first time, if you have poor reaction time, and if you're not good at maneuvering around.

And really all there is to figure out is that one of the crystals at the beginning of each phase is colored differently and that the shards he throws at you can be picked up. Beyond that assuming you can react to very telegraphed attacks and know how to land on small-ish platforms then the fight is actually rather boring.

But to be fair it does require a lot more mechanical skill than most things in the game. So while it ultimately is an easy fight it's understandable if there's some struggle to managing the boss while also moving around as the game rarely demands that players do such a thing, especially not in an environment where your build can't contribute.

Adding to the pain is the fact that the shards do not go where you aim. To hit his head, you need to aim at the body. To hit the crystals, you need to aim well below them. And your throw does not happen until button release as if you are trying to use a charged glaive.

What's goin on with these drops in the international stream? First it was two drops, then you changed the names of one of the drops and it froze my progress now it looks like I won't get either drop until tomorrow and won't get all three now. Kinda frustrating.

I don't know what kind of problem you are seeing here. Twitch says I got both of those drops during the stream and I am currently 37% of the way through the second iteration of both. Once I finish my current project in about 2 hours, I will be able to log in and verify they came through. (And start collecting Kullervo parts.)

  5. While modding a Fulmin, I decided to drop Rime Rounds on it. I knew I already had 2 in my inventory (1 R0, 1 R3), so imagine my surprise when I didn't find them on the mod screen. So I resorted to trading for a R3 Rime Rounds mod to avoid the RNG aggravation over dozens of spy missions to try to get another one to drop. After successfully completing the trade, I went back to my mod screen only to find that the mod was not there.
