This has been answered numerous times in numerous topics, good sir. A quick sweep of the forums will give you an answer.

Digital Extremes has no future plans for a reset, but if a major game-changing implementation becomes necessary, there might be one. They don't forsee this happening, but they obviously keep that backdoor, just in case.

They don't plan on doing a reset.
