  1. Dreams are such an interesting thing.

I had this dream a long time ago and yet it stood in my mind until this very day.

In the dream, i was playing warframe in my pc, like any other normal day off from work, running a void survival with a normal Mag, then i was not only gathering the reactants from corrupted enemies but also something else in a similar way which i don't remember what exactly, aside from being a resource of some kind to, once you get a required amount in-mission, something very cool would happen which i'm gonna describe just as i remember in the next lines.

The Mag i was playing with would suddenly start shining in a golden like color with some sort of  aura like effect around her and then after a brief but also cool animation, she turned into her prime version.

After that, i remember staying for a while, killing stuff and whatnot, and then heading to the exit like any other normal mission. Then i woke up and thought something like "man that was some cool dbz stuff". But you know, it also reminded me the fact that, the moment you get the prime version of a warframe, you end up never using the regular one like, pretty much ever again.

So yeah, maybe the dream went for a bit longer or maybe not, but thats what i remember the most.

    Cool stuff lol

Mine is doing this as well, however mine started after I had been mining for a few minutes and occured after mining Crimzian. Now I can't mine at all, even after returning to cetus and going back onto the plains; I have no outline and the mining tool "radar" is not working.

Yes i just returned to cetus then back to the plains and i still can't mine. The cutter is not working at all. And when i switch to the spear the reticle is gone. We might have to wait a little until they fix these bugs.

  3. I was gathering some minerals in Solo mode and after mining what i believe was COPRUN, the cutter UI kept showing the image of said resource without detecting other minerals around and to remove the coprun image i had to press "F" to switch to my weapon and then select the cutter again.  Also, even if i get close to a red/blue vein, the cutter won't show the white outline to begin the mining process.

A side note here, i've been having my reticle removed and made shooting and fishing a bit harder but i guess this is a separate bug.

Edit.: The cutter i used was the Focused Nosam Cutter.

    Edit2.: I believe i was using Chroma.

  4. i always thought of this but with the Prime versions. I mean, once u get the prime warframe u wanted, u pretty much no longer use its normal counterpart cuz why would you? the prime version is like a super saiyan, it's just better, there's no need to use the normal one ever again. So to be honest, i'd prefer they do this "transformation" thing on the normal warframes so they can access their prime form through the course of the game missions and stuff. But the deal is that i think this goes against the lore, tho im not totally sure.

I have been using a little program called Cursorlock for this when I go dual monitor. Not ideal, but it works.

+ side though is that I can lock/unlock it from the window at will.

I've been using google to look for software capable of doing this job for me but the ideal thing would be adding this as an option within the game itself, so you don't need an external program to do the job. Thank you for the info though.

  6. I have a dual monitor setup and i always play games on borderless screen or windowed mode (i use windowed cause i can move the game window between monitors, which i can't do in borderless mode) and i'd like to see an option that allows me to lock the mouse cursor to the window i'm using at the moment, so i don't click out of the game messing things up :highfive: .

That was it, take care folks!

  7. Hey everyone! Just a minute ago i was playing a mission with War equipped and i decided to stop for a brief moment to just, you know, look at the weapon itself, its design, the colors and how they look on it, some of the light effects and the weapon's idle stance, which is this one:

Then i just stopped moving and tried to move the mouse camera in some directions, so i'd have a closer look at how the sword was positioned, how the warframe was holding it, and well, the animation that happens when you are not moving as well.

They all look great, the time i've been using War, besides for being a deadly and cool looking sword, it's also because of the lore behind it. Though i'd like to praise the War a bit more, i'm writing this post to simply suggest the inclusion of a new longsword idle stance, so players would have more options to choose from and well, fashion frame .

Longswords are not the only type of melee weapons that i'd like to see getting new idle stances, but i'll just keep the spotlight on these for now.

So, here are some possible examples that i googled and i think they could look nice in-game. Of course, i do not own any of them, just wanted to clear this out.

Well, hope i made myself clear enough. I'd like to read what you guys think about this, and as for me, i'll just keep playing the game, 'cause dude...Warframe is amazing!

  8. Yeah, i just need the Nekros and Tigris BP's to get all the new stuff ready for leveling haha, this new system is somehow better, but requires more time because instead of just farming for the void keys(old) now known as relics,+  prime parts, you also have to farm Void Traces. But now your chances of getting the part you want are higher than before, so yeah.

If you know where to farm the relics then you will have an even better time while farming. For example, if you need Axi or Neo relics, you can go to Xini, Eris. If DE doesn't change it or adds a better farming spot, then basically this is the place to go. And for Lith and Meso, maybe a mission with chances to get em on the A rotation, so you can wait for your second reward, exit the mission and then repeat until you get what you want.

Oh and you can spend syndicate rep on relic packs so, yeah...

  9. I agree, why would you remove information instead of adding? I mean, in this specific case when you press a key to show info, the more information that's shown to the player, the better. I know, you can press "esc" and then click once to show the "old" mission progress, but that takes more steps to go to the same thing. It would be great if DE reverts this back or just, idk, makes a new mission progress window?   Also, the syndicate progress was also removed, and that was a nice thing to have as well, again, in the "press one key to show info" scheme.

Just a small suggestion but hey, it's the little things, right?

    Define "most scores."

I've seen missions carried by people running Trinity, Oberon, Frost, or Limbo who focus on the objective and keeping everyone alive while others rack up a higher kill count. The latter look better on the score chart at the end of the mission but actually contribute a lot less to the successful completion of the mission than the Trinity, Oberon, Frost, or Limbo who was doing the hard yards. Ditto the Loki or Ivara who handles the Spy vaults in such missions while everyone else is massacring mobs. I would say they deserve to be better compensated, but according to the mission score chart what they did was irrelevant and only the kills really mattered. Ditto the Loki or Ivara who handles the Spy vaults in such missions while everyone else is massacring mobs.

With Void Traces I just think that after acquiring 10 Reactant any additional Reactant should convert on a 1:1 basis to Void Traces. There could be a cap like 5 times MR per mission and 50 times MR per day in bonus traces to slow the rate to reasonable levels but the drop rate right now is pretty low. They have said they were looking into things like having Eximus units drop Traces so that could be helpful too.

With the scores at the end of a mission i mean the "damage dealt. damage taken, headshots, abilities used", etc.

And yes, what you pointed out could lead to some kind of rework of the mission results to better represent and correctly reward the different roles in different mission types, like Ivara and Loki doing the Spy missions' objectives while other warframe are killing mobs, aka not doing the mission's main objective.

What I take from this is a basic increase of overall drops from fissure missions overall in regards to void traces and prime parts?

Getting four parts out of a complete group run sounds broken to me. Even before Void 2.0, people would only get max. two prime parts out of a Void Sabotage mission. Solo runs would become unviable and people would only group up to farm prime parts now.

The mass increase in overall acquisition of prime parts (as you said all four per mission) would require to devalue prime part conversion into ducats even more, because there is an overabundance of prime parts, if your suggestion would actually implemented. Ducat value would hit rock bottom, to depths in which the rarest part could only be worth 20 ducats because of the high availability. Decreasing RNG on getting rarer parts would only amplify this decrease in ducat value.

What do you mean by "player with most scores"? You will need to expand on that.

The number of traces gained within a mission is fine, by my standards. I see no reason to increase it further. If you want to get more traces quicker, take your smeeta kavat or a resource booster into the fissure.

With the scores at the end of a mission i mean the "damage dealt. damage taken, headshots, abilities used", etc. And about the traces bonus, im not talking about the ones that the game gives you when you finish the mission, but the ones that appears at the bottom-right of the screen when your squad partners decide to vote for your part.

Also yes, i agree about the ducats devaluation caused by the increased farming of prime parts, but i didn't got too deep into details with my first post because i wanted people to point out all the faults within it, like you just did.

And again with the ducats devaluation, i think that if my suggestion is implemented, DE could think on something to prevent that from happening, let us know that, and together make something that can benefit both sides, without sacrificing the economic stability that much.

Thank you for letting me know what you think!

  12. It's okey, i can deal with the new relics variants, Meso A1, Lith S2, Axi F3, etc, just to give an example, but It is a problem for sure that these can't be remembered as easily as the old Void Towers, and it's only gonna get worse with time, but this aside, what i'd really like to change in this new system, is the possibility to get all 4 mission rewards instead of being able to just pick one. This will not only feel more rewarding for players after having to farm for specific relics, having to deal with the already annoying rng, the common mods, the credits caches etc, etc, but also will make the ducats farming  less stressful, so nobody will have to worry that much about getting the right amount in the right time.

And for the void traces bonus, i was thinking on make it so the player with the most scores in mission results gets said traces bonus. This can encourage players to be more active in the missions so they get even more traces. Also yes, maybe increasing the number of given traces to make players feel their efforts are well rewarded.

Btw, this is not in anyway a rant or something like that, im just expressing my opinion and/or a suggestion maybe?

I'd like to know everyone's thoughts on this, why am i wrong, why this is not a good suggestion, etc.

    + 1

I got a Primed Reach recently, and now wondering if it was worth it?

Yes it was, i mean, you can use it with the Orthos Prime for example, and you will see how awesome the range is + it's a good melee weapon and already has a really high range by default = worth it. There are other weapon to use with the mod as well like the Mios.
