[Nehza's Ultimate doesn't work properly in towers]

I am not sure if the DE's did this on purpose but Nehza's ultimate when used in any towers only semi works. It will shoot spears into most targets then half the spears will automatically disappear and let the enemies go back to running around. It really inhibits Nehza for any kind of endgame if the cc of this ability is useless in towers. It gets really annoying when almost none of the mobs get suspended by the spears, I just feel like I wasted a ton of energy for nothing.

Looks like no matter what i do primal fury range is capped at 5 meters is it still broken?
