I just had a bug I had never seen before: was doing some trades no problem til i try to join this dojo for a trade and the game started to restart the loading screen  (the one with the landing craft) over and over, to the point it started to lag the entire pc down HARD. Alt + f4 wasnt working for force closing the game, was about to use task Manager till the game finished loading me up... in the wrong dojo. Tried the invite again and the exact same issue happened, this one did require a manual close. After, just to make sure it wasnt something wrong with my end, did another trade with someone else and had 0 issues. 

  2. I've had this bug happen twice, once in the orb vallis and second in an arbitration. I dont know if its just related to Hildryn but she's the one the bug has happened with.

    Was leveling up my Larkspur with Hildryn while doing the bounty nightwave missions, used the archwing deployer to move to the next stage, since I hadnt used that much ammo, I hoped the cooldown would be minimal, instead I was able to deploy my archgun again. After almost emptying the ammo reserve and switching to archwing mode and back, I saw that I could just redeploy my archgun again and that the cool down timer disappeared completely, even after expending most of the ammo reserve and switching to normal guns.

    Second time this happened was when doing an arbitration run with Hildryn; with lots of clustered enemies, using the Larkspur again seemed like a no brainer, thou while using my second ability, I pressed her 1 by accident, which forces the archgun out for Balefire launcher, hoping to be able to deploy my archgun again since I hadnt used that much ammo I use the deployer and it works but I notice the cooldown is just gone completely, even after expending most of the ammo reserve again and switching to normal weapons.

     

    I havent seen if it hapens with other archguns or frames, but it seems that at least with the Larkspur, if something forces you to switch weapons while wielding your archgun, it removes the cool down timer completely and replenishes your ammo to max with each archgun redeploy.

  3. I just got a weird bug, thou I think it might be a server hiccup.

     

    I Got yo rank 3 with Solaris and tried to gild one of my Moas (after ranking up, i still had 7800 rep before hitting my cap, which I filled by trading in gems), which happened no problem but my reputation remained the same, tried to again with my second moa thinking it was just a UI bug (I had been playing with a group of friends and UI lagging/freezing has happening over and over)and it got gilded as well instead of denying it, my reputation staying the same. 

    Leaving Fortuna and re-entering ticked the rep down but its at 0 out of 70k, dont know if it didnt roll over or something. So posting here just to be safe.

I am pretty darn mad because I was saving all the keys that had Akstiletto Prime parts on them to run them with the new system, only to find they all got converted to something else entirely and now I get access to only 2 parts, and no flipping idea where the other 2 parts drop from which relic, so all the grind I did before was basically meaningless.

     

    The fact that Holding on to your keys was recommended by DE themselves makes me much more angry then I would normally be, not counting the fact that I didnt receive the same number of relics as I had void keys.

    Is the converter broken or what? Will each new Prime will get their own relic to regrind so we can grind while grinding?

  5. Seriously, I remember one of the reasons the quest system was made in part to be able to get frames without having to suplant a drop from a boss or to prevent another Vauban situation?

  6. I feel like they don't need more lines, but rather they need better lines. When my operator says "This'll be fun" or "got it" or "that was a close one," it totally kills the space ninja mood for me. We need more ninja/disturbed space sorcerer lines.

    The current lines kill the mood so hard I opted to turn the operator messages off to make it tolerable.

I didnt mind the Peacemaker nerf (lets be honest here) since it didnt touch Shatter Shield at all, which is the ability that made Mesa fun for me to play (love my tanky gunslinger girl) but after trying the new Peacemaker I was extremely disappointed but not for the reason most people have: since fire rate is tied to frames per second with her ability, with the old Peacemaker I could activate it, hold down the button and then aim straight down to get enough fps to starts shooting at least twice a second; with the new Peacemaker, performance took a huge hit thanks to the filter so I am lucky if Mesa shoots someone once every 5 seconds, usually she starts shooting after 8 with my energy being drained during all of it.

     

    Peacemaker became COMPLETELY and utterly useless for me because of my current pc is not powerful enough to take advantage of it and that rubbed me the wrong way.

     

    The whole reticule shrinking kinda made it way weirder to use with the low fps and by the time I could use it to zone into a specific target, I could have just shot them with a gun and get it done with; remember it shots everyone in the reticule, even if they are just slightly in it... I have shot the buffed lancers more then the Ancient I was actually pointing at.

  8. If the system was changed so that compensation was delivered through in-game plat, DE would inevitably make such a fact public to all content creators. If the creator decided to continue creating skins, they would do so under the knowledge that they would be doing so purely out of hobby/practice/etc if they did not actually play the game.

     

    Isn't workshop profit transferred to your Steam Wallet anyway? Last time I checked, you didn't use it to pay real bills.

     

    As much as I'd like it to be plat purchases, the fact that is real money transactions is WAY better for the artists making the items and for DE in general, thou I do wish the price was a bit lower.

     

    And depends from game to game: TF2 worshop creators get money by checks/bank transfers monthly, if I remember correctly, could be very wrong. A few people make a living out of selling DOTA 2 stuff, too. I have no idea what sort of deal the tennogen guys have.

  9. So Miasma is pretty much useless all together? Why even have it in the frame at this point if Spore + Toxic Lash do a better job faster?

     

    Also a problem that I see with this is that you NEED to run into melee range and at high level that is suicide, even with Toxic Lash's block bonus, even using a sword and shield is not enough and you can still get hit from the side and back for full damage or a knockdown or a Bombard missile will take will make you go down and defenseless and bye bye Saryn, and lets not bring the fact that she is squishier because the need to always have Regenerative Molt is what brought on her health nerf.

  10. As someone who hates playing Draco and hated using Saryn as a 1 trick pony... she's STILL a 1 trick pony, just harder to manage and still not viable for high level missions.

     

    While the stat changes kinda make sense, less health for more armor and energy pool, the hp reduction hurts Saryn more then other frames since she was supposed to be an hp tank. Still manageable but not that good.

     

    Now, the skill synergies feel less like synergy and more like they are required for her ultimate skill to be any good:

     

    *Spore on its own is ok but being able to cast on an enemy then have that enemy die for whatever and not trigger the spreads leave the skill feeling very unreliable unless you are using a precise weapon or use it on molt and not on your enemies.

     

    *Molt is in a good place but it feels like you need to spam it to feed to miasma and not so much as an escape mechanism even thou it can still be used like that... at mid levels max, at high levels it just takes too much damage too quickly to be able to use it to escape or set up Miasma's combo. Regenerative Molt is even better now thanks to the negative duration aspect of Saryn being  pounded into the ground but its still hard to use at high levels unless you put it in a place that's hard to hit by enemies, an in consequence they'll focus more on you.

     

    *Toxic Lash is still almost pointless, with Saryn having less survivablity and forcing you to use melee to benefit from the damage and damage resistance it kinda invites you to get killed, specially in higher level maps (35+ lv) and the fact that blocking doesnt protect you from the back it just means a Gunner or Bombard or Ancient healer knocking you from behind is all it takes to go down. Now normally that wouldnt be a thing you'd do but the added effect of beign able to trigger Spore on hit would be nice but it still pretty unreliable; I have only manage to make Spores spread with Toxic Lash on a couple of times.

     

    *Miasma is pretty much where I expected it to be post nerf, neutered, but the fact that it still has horrible range and that you NEED to use the Molt>Spore>Miasma to get something close to the old damage is very troublesome; not only is it a huge chunk of energy to match her old damage output, the range means that the time you spent setting up the combo is wasted on very few enemies while their buddies outside the range were free to syill shoot at you with impunity. Increase the range with mods? Prepare to lose A LOT of damage, unless you want to take a big hit to efficiency, which you DESPERATELY NEED to use the combo often. Slot in Rage to mitigate energy usage doesnt mean you can just spam Regenerative Molt to survive and it's a dicey gamble at high levels and you need a slot you already are running out of to keep the damage tolerable. Add Quickthinking ? congratulation, now you only have 5 slots to juggle efficiency, range, duration and power strength.

     

    The fact that all her abilities benefit from everything and you NEED to spam them to be anywhere near effective kinda leaves her with only a cookie cutter all-around build as her only real build at the moment.

     

    All in all, I dont mind her changes but they REALLY underdone them to a ridiculous degree to the point that there is not much point to the frame: Want damage/nuking? Go for Nova, Equinox or even Oberon have it better and with much more utility. Want crowd control? Frost has that and damage AND armor reduction while not beign OP thanks to not having much on all 3 categories, Nyx, Nova and Loki do it much better. Damage overtime? Ember does it better with world on fire and her status effect. 

     

    But the thing that makes me dislike this rework so much is that it feels that an Ignis with no range added and a Radiation/Viral build does so much better then all her abilities combined AND confuses in a much larger area while still having ok damage since you dont need to waste time setting up a combo.

  11. Do you even play the game? You can't even put a dent in a LV40 Bombard without doing the 214 combo at least 3x and spamming spore on it does nothing much even if you pop them and recast and do it a couple of times over, same with Heavies just not as bad. Quite frankly, I'm calling you on your BS that you even play Saryn, show me a screenshot of you doing "significant damage" to something high level that isn't innately weak to corrosive to begin one. I don't buy it one bit, same goes for all the people out there that says its a buff not a nerf. Show us the proof, until then you're all just trolling.

     

    Pretty much this. I've seen people saying how Saryn scales super well but so far I have not seen any proof of this, not even a screen shot, only simulacrum pics show how terrible it's now.

     

    So yeah, we kinda need proof it can actually scale at all.

  12. well its MULTI SHOT.. of course it will consume ammo..., multishot right now are just magical bullets that just popout of your magazine and it doesnt make sense at all...

     

    This is a game about ninja space wizards that has dragons, paladins, super nurses, living clouds of deadly gas and where the same kind of ammo works for sniper rifles, rocket launches, grenades, buzzsaws and lasers. Making sense is kind of secondary, if you think about it.

  13. Wow. That is a terrible way to deal with the mandatory multishot. What makes it any different from fire rate mods then? Just faster, is all. Pistols will get a hell of a hit out of this.

     

    So we go from the extreme from making it a mandatory mod to the other extreme of doubling the ammo consumption on all weapons to get the same amount of damage.

     

    Good one, DE. Good one.

     

    Also, Glen's comment about Vacuum in the beginning of the stream made me stop watching immediately. "Pros will choose not to use it over something else" is basically what he said. So I, a MR 15 member with over 1000 hrs in the game am likely not a pro because I use carrier to have one less thing to focus on (energy and ammo return) in the giant clusterfuck of things the game throws out on a minute by minute basis?

     

    Adds to the reasons why I quit two weeks ago.

  14. This is the most unfun event I have ever seen in warframe, it's so bad.

     

    Number of bugs I've seen:

     

    -Bursa becoming stuck agaisnt a wall with its back agaisnt the wall and spamming the radial slam over and over till I cannot get up. THEN when it stops attacking for a second, my frame cannot move anymore; not even /unstuck helped me with that.

     

    -Bursa becoming unhackable, even when stunned and it's backterminal is exposed and everything.

     

    -Bursa using all it's attacks at once, for several minutes without stopping.

     

     

    Needless to say I am NOT TOUCHING this event till a lot more fixes happen. This is way too buggy, even for this game.

  15. It is a sort of disappointing update but I put it more on DE teasing the sentients and parkour 2.0 JUST BEFORE releasing the update that made it feel so lackluster for me, but well, in general...

     

    Raids

    I could not care less about them, to be honest, being a mostly solo player with low end computer: playing with 4 people is hard enough, I cant imagine 8. All the issues that have been pointed out I was expecting but the biggest one that turn me off the raids are both the costs and the rewards: the arcane enhancements start out pathetic and stay pathetic, even if you pour millions upon millions of credits to them, which immediately turned me off. If the rewards were as good as the old arcane helmets, I wouldnt even bother still, but after so much crying about the arcane helmets being detrimental to the game for over a year, I can see why DE wouldnt make them remotely good. Negative.

     

    PVP

    Again, couldnt careless,thou the fact that it turned out still so unbalanced after so much work put into it just makes it a bit sad. A step in the right direction but it'll need so much work poured into it I dont know if it'll be worth it. Mostly Negative.

     

    Simaris and synthesis

    Probably the best part of the update for me, I enjoy Simaris and his interactions with Ordis during the quest plus synthesis and the simulacrum ACTUALLY got me interested in scanning enemies, something I never thought I'd so. Could use more rewards but the syndicate rewards so far are nice. Positive!

     

    Chroma

    You guys knocked it out the park with this frame (well mostly), so far one of my most favorite frames skill-wise and design-wise. The only negatives thing I can think of is the build requirements, while thematically fitting they could have been handled a bit better (they could have been just the blueprints and not the built parts or they could have used mats like cryotic, fieldrons, detonite injectors and mutagen masses to substitute) and the fact that you switched the helmets thanks to all the negative reception. I personally liked the drac helmet much, MUCH more but I'm aparently in the minority. Pretty positive!

     

    Undocumented Changes and nerfs

    Youch, you guys dropped the ball so badly on this it made a hole in the ground the size of china. I can understand leaving some changes undocumented because they got lost in the sea of data you guys were working on but these many changes that have such broad effect? That is inexcusable and pretty unprofessional, at least give us an honest answer as to the reason for them and not a half-hearted excuse. I'm waiting to see how you guys handle the situation, honestly, cause it is a mess.

     

    Now, some of the nerfs I understand, I completely agree with the nerf the synoid got; I have a 4 forma'd one and I still find it pretty useful and fun. Excalibur's RJ nerf? Not so good; we all know it was to nerf draco farming but you guys could have handled it better, SPECIALLY after what happened with Viver.

     

    The Rejuvenation buff was pretty nice, thou.

     

    Overall, a disappointing update but not game destroying, I'm still playing after all and having fun but I am disappointing in the amount of content after 5 months and how it was handled. You want and example of a REALLY BAD game destroying update, look at the heat crystal update for Spiral Knights.

  16. AT first, I was kinda interested for the raids, but after seeing just how incredibly AWFUL the rewards are, I'm not even gonna bother, specially now that it takes 500,000 to craft and you need to level it up with much more credits? Yeah, nah, not even gonna acknowledge such an awful idea.
