When I was new I would sell stuff for plat and buy them. Back then there wasn’t as many primes so I actually put reactors in non primes. If I was new now I would use a potato on anything that’s not prime. The exception being newer non prime frames/weapons.
Theres also random 1 hour alerts that give them, sorties, and invasions can reward them as well.

I’d like to know my hours on my frames and weapons. I haven’t used regular rhino, dex furis, or boltor prime in a very long time yet they are still my most used of those categories. I just want to know for curiosity sake.
We can already see our total hours why not hours for other stuff instead of percents. As for the ego measuring, who cares. If someone starts to brag just ignore them. Easy. I could care less about others time played or anything else.

Hate the new cursor. Spent 10 minutes trying to close PMs but the cursor just wouldn’t work. Had to close app and open the game back up to select anything in the chat bar. We either need a way to opt out of using the cursor entirely, or it needs to only activate when using the left stick. Using the D-pad with the cursor is buggy as hell. Can’t scroll up and down or left and right with the D-pad. Sometimes the cursor just doesn’t respond at all unless you use the left stick.
Its just a cumbersome system that doesn’t work well. And with how slow updates are for console, especially with this whole going dark thing because of Tenno con, it was a poor choice to implement this now.

Took 10 minutes to finally be able to close out a bunch PMs because even though I had the stupid cursor over close all, it would not select it. There needs to be a way to opt out. It’s too clunky and cumbersome to work well with a controller on console.
I feel like a minority of players wanted this and now everyone is stuck with it.

I thought getting these relics couldn’t get any worse, then DE proves me wrong. The common loot pool is flooded with garbage. What good is 100 endo or 2500 credits? The only unvaultes relics that have dropped for me since this change are the Axi relics. And I didn’t have a problem getting those before but now there’s a common relic that has a chance of screwing me out of that unvaulted relic.

Buffing everything only to eventually nerf it altogether would be my guess. Although this a tin foil body cast speculation.

Maybe changes did need to be made to WOF but they are overnerfing it. Tiny range, double the power cost for double the damage. What’s the point if I have to be within 10m of the enemy for WoF to hit hit them. Might as well use a gun or a melee weapon. Her WoF needs a more thought out rework. It requires every single stat on your warframe to be above 100% to be affective. That shouldn’t be the case. Especially when you almost have to use her 2nd ability to make her 4th even better. With the amount of energy being drained you’ll need energy pads just for her and use zenurik if you are not already.
They need to rethink these changes.

Agreed. Would have rather had the relic loot tables elsewhere diluted than have these god awful bounties hold them. It’s a roll of the dice sometimes if you can even make it out of Cetus.

I would of much rather had the drop tables diluted than have the relics in those god awful bounties. There’s not even enough bounties to have each relic in its own bounty so they have to rotate. It’s not even a guarantee that the relic will rotate ever day/night cycle.
It could stay the same relic for several hours in a row on each bounty and you could possibly never even get a chance to farm the others. At least with them being in defense, interception, or survival I know that I have a chance each time for every relic, depending on the level.

My biggest issue is when doing Cetus bounties, mainly the highest level one, and you get a person that goes and mines, fishes, and collects resources instead of helping to do the actual bounty. What’s even more frustrating is when they are 1000 meters away and the rescue target teleports to them. Can’t stand people leeching.

It's funny to me, people complaining about waiting so long or how PC is a couple small updates ahead of us. But when this game first came to consoles it took even longer to get updates and PC was full number updates or more ahead of us, consoles being on update 7 but PC being on 8.5 or higher as an example.
the process is better now and we should just be patient, plenty of other games to play or stuff to do in the world while we wait.

I ran it solo with Loki and only had 19 enemies to kill. Solo is pretty much the way to go in sorties really.

Never attempted either raids. Never saw a reason too. The drops don't interest for the time investment that you have to put into the trials. If I "needed" things from the trials I would run them but the arcanes are not needed, at least for me.

If I could ever get final harbinger to drop I might try the weapon out again. Eleventh storm just seemed to too slow.

Yup that's exactly what happens. It's awesome when keys you don't want turn into keys you need but annoying when it's the opposite.
hopefully it gets fixed at some point, sooner rather than later.

I guess patience is a foreign concept here. They've given us all the info they probably can. Hell they may still not know how they want to implement him or when so they aren't going to get everyone's hopes up with giving a time frame and then not being able to meet that.
Excal Umbra will eventually come but for now play with your other excals and wait. They'll release info about his status as they can but probably have more pressing issues, new star chart, new damage, possibly updating how farming stances work, and consistently making new frames and events.

Supporting the game by buying the Founders pack now now is completely different from doing the same years ago. If there's any founders pack in PS4, it wouldn't be the same. You can still support the game by buying Prime Access packs, just not the early game.
The platform he's on does matter. Unless you're someone with a lot of expendable income you're not going to buy a decent gaming PC, couple hundred bucks and more expensive than a PS4, just to take a chance on game, especially if you've never played games on PC. It be irrational and illogical to think that. Nor is someone going to use there crappy laptop or PC, that doesn't use a PC to play game, to put money into a game that it couldn't barely run.
If I was already and had been a PC gamer there is a strong chance that I would of put money on a founders pack with knowing very little. But that day will never come and I accept that. Because really all it is something for people to stroke their ego with and feel like a special butterfly. If people really thought otherwise that had the items then they would have no problem with it being re-released in some way. They would still get to be called "founders" of the game but they would lose that precious exclusiveness of the items.
Like I said before I would just want the stuff for mastery, even though that doesn't matter either, and collecting all the prime frames. But it would detrimental to the game to put excal prime and Skana prime back out there in some way.

If so, why didn't you do that back then? Don't give excuse like you didn't know of Warframe. Of course you didn't, it's a new and not that popular game. Yet founders managed to help support it. Why didn't you?
Because he's on the PS4 lol. Probably a lot of console gamers never heard of this game. PC has so many games available to them that console either gets much later or never gets at all.
If they would have had a founders type deal when it was announced for consoles when the current gen ones were coming out I would of went in on a founders pack. DE might not of needed any more funding because of PC, which because of PC support it was able to come to consoles, but why couldn't they have given us a chance at supporting the game as well.
Maybe they should do a prime access with different levels of founders packs just for consoles, PS and Xbox, since anyone on PC was able to get it.
Also I guess you could argue that you could have transferred accounts from PC to console but I'm not sure if founders items were able to be transferable.
Edit: I'm fairly certain it would never happen but it's something in hindsight that DE could have taken advantage of by getting funding through these founders packs to console players when they released it.
I mainly want Excalibur prime just so I can complete my prime collection. He'll be the only frame that I'll never have the prime version of. Oh well.

Melee Revisit: Phase 1 Feedback Megathread

This feels like a step backwards. Having to aim in order to pull off combos is not fluid at all. In the old system I could swap to each weapon type at will with just the swap weapon button. Now anytime I want melee and use a “block” combo I have to aim first and then hit melee. Not sure how it feels with M&Kb but with a controller it’s clunky.
Not sure if future changes will help alleviate some of the issues, because it feels very incomplete.
