The raid counts to the daily arcane at the rewards screen of the final stage. meaning yes you can start a raid 20mins before reset and get the next days reward providing you finish the raid after the reset time

This is most likely to limit player progression
most mmo's do this were they tend to make one resource heavily needed or super rare
in this game warframe has both xD

One problem?
Why would a max/high MR need resources?
Unless your someone who boosts every weapon and every frame and gained max MR in in like a month your never going to need them.Literally the only resource i don't have stupid unusable supplies of is nitain and thats only because i don't need it so dont go out of my way for it.
In my opinion:
- MR needs to unlock significantly harder content "end game". What ever that would be designed as i dont know
- problem is Once you collect your stuff, all content is done your playing for playing sake which is fine. But trust me its boring after awhile. I usually dip in and out of this maybe in 6 months periods ie play for a month or so get all the stuff and leave
- I literally cant think of a MMO i've played which player with maybe 30-50 hours is able to do everything in game equally as well as someone with 2k+ hours
(of course im not factoring in having all the weapons and maxing all mods/warframes, im just around about summerising how easy it is for someone to get "sortie" / "raid" ready, and yes you can be extremely effective with that small time frame - ie max trinity + mods + hek or bolter prime, maybe soma prime" -

yes you could put a "set arcane tab" but honesty why does it even matter because it takes less than 30 seconds to change arcanes and 99.9999% of the game doesnt need arcanes nor do 95% of builds in game. if your so huffed and puffed about it just dont use arcanes. i would be doubtfull they will change them or if they do it will be like the old way of "fixing fashion frame vs arcane problem" ie removing it from the game so people stop moaning about trival things

Im taking this as you want MK1 to be equal, but worse than non primes, but non primes should be worse than syndicates, and primes should be the best.

Literally all your suggesting is moving the imbalanced into nice and easy to see categories.
in which case your big problem still exists.
why would i use a Lanka by your model a bad weapon (tier 2) beat by all syndicates (tier 3) and primes (tier 4) over a victus prime which by your category system would be the best sniper.

As someone who 7 forma's a mk1 braton and other mk1 weapons. they are pretty damn powerful easy enough to kill anything on star map and even most things level 50-60 they only fall off after 80 -

and this is why... people dont want bad weapons... people want the good weapons. by actively saying don't nerf the good stuff your basically saying fix everything else. whats more realistic buffing the 300+ bad weapons and keeping them unique. or flat out nerfing the 20ish weapons which over rule all others.
thing is people dont forma the 300 bad weapons for the most part. people dont realise this game and its weapons are pretty well balanced its just the minority 20+ weapons which are hand in hand better which make the balance look bad.
PS - there is ALWAYS a BiS weapon no matter how well the game is balanced. there is always a min maxer that figures out weapon 1 is better than all others by 5.4% etc

but good luck, try avoid public voice coms as in the in game ones they tend to be the worse as the people dont actually know you and hence are more likely to be abusive

in RL im fine with it, same in warframe when im framing things. i rarely actually buy a warframe. i'ved played for i believe 3-4 years now and only ever brought two warframes from the market because i felt that grinding them would make me hate the game lol

I noticed they have mastery ranks attached to them. being MR22 is there any point getting Mr13s and things or is it just a requirement level and doesnt have any actual effect on stats -

i feel the worse thing about console gaming isnt the under powered or controller. both of those i can work with
however game developers need to give you options like pc gamers. i would happily own a ps4 or xbox if i could change graphical settings to get a higher fps, or FoV. change view sliders and things like that.
with how the current generation of console is developed it amazes me that isnt a feature on the platforms

Now you know how the pc gamers feel when a console game is ported to PC.
but yes i feel for you low frame rate is unacceptable it ruins a gaming experience far more than bad graphics (not that they would need to be lowered that much to achieve higher fps) -
here is my tip,
Join an active clan/guild with teamspeak(or any voice program). it makes life easier and more fun -

thing is the mastery weapons usually scale to the current average mastery rank, so by the time a 15,18 or 20 weapon comes out we would be looking at a max mastery of maybe 30, its unlikely that will happen in the near future unless they change how they do things.

i personally wouldnt want this,
not that its a bad idea, i just would preferr the dev teams time to be spent on new content rather than minor animation changes.

not being funny as i my self dont play conclave, but as a MR22 player i honestly think the MK1 gear should be best in conclave. I someone who plays pve shouldnt have a advantage in pvp content because of my gear, but rather i should be better from play style/expierence
atleast in my opinion nothing above MR 6 should be good in conclave it should be equal never stronger.

Hello,
I'm ideally Looking for active Small to medium sized clan similar to what i made my self back in the day, ideally a handful of players would be active on voice or on discord with occasional group content. I enjoy the game but play other MMO's so i have some reduced time, and i find although i enjoy the game my motivation for it is quick to burn out without people to meme with. So thats what im looking for.
