I submit a ticket with log files, but I'm wondering if there anyone has this same problem. The game will go to a black screen, sometimes audio will continue to play somtimes it will hang and glitch, alt-f4 or ctrl-alt-del wont function and i'm forced to a hard restart. I've read some forums where the problem was fixed by disabling direct x 10/11, but that's not doing the trick. I've defraged lowered resolution updated drivers etc. no love. Going to try and log back on now...wish me luck.

I'm with you fellas, i do deserve slow death with unranked weapons. My clanmate spent a month hunting, which is why I'm wondering about the kubrow event boost and the drop tables. Censium i will forever fear spoons...cereal is dead to me.

Try the recruiting chat channel, look for or make a post farming/hunting that resource. Check the wiki or just look at planets for drop locations.

A Karak Prime would be nice, its a sweet design and fun to shoot. If DE reduced the number of Cores on the prime drop table it wouldn't be to bad a dilution.

Tonight while the Den of Kubrow dbl resource drop is in effect in a team of four marked G3 hunters we got all the parts to build the brakk, even an extra barrel. It happened over the course of 4 quick runs, the G3 showed 2 times. I've read that the boost is not to the drop table but to resources...but it makes me wonder as it's a bit uncanny. It could be chance, either way the Brakk will be some fun to forma.

Some Start Young-this is a shot from the event of my Loki Prime being assaulted by feral kubrow and my new Lotus pattern pup HAMLET coming to the rescue. He should still be incubating but his Sunika nature lead him to jump from my liset into the fray. He's the product of a Lotus and a Striped imprint. Cant wait to see him fully grown. Note the radiation proc on the feral kubrow from irradiating disarm. Also HAMLET was in fact edited in from the liset incubator, this submission is for fun.

Check out Archwing, it will be featured in the next event. Build Kubrows if you haven't been on for a loooong time. Do the free quests, and the warframe quests for purchase with credits in the market and get new frames. It is a grind and build game so keep that in mind. The syndicates are an interesting dynamic. Myself its the lore and game-meta which are evolving that keep me interested. PC players are the play testers more or less, broken stuff comes our way, but we get to see all the new game modes events and gear first. That the community and killing all the monsters to get all the treasure are what keep me coming back. When it gets to be no fun go play asteroids and drink beer or skate or whatever you do outside.

I wonder if any players would have the thought of digitalising the enemy's flag to their Warframes when no opponents are nearby, then make a run for it back to their own area.
And then, if they are killed, would their bodies be used as the flag instead? Must be difficult dragging around a Warframe (or even trying to find it under a pile of just dead Warframes, because that body is attracting Tenno like flies

This is my concept for an archwing minigun or gatling gun, it's called a ribbon gun and fires plasma heated alloy out of a rack of rotating gauss rifle barrels. I made a quick 3d mockup for it.

Um...what makes this functionally different from the Imperator?
Also, the guns in Archwing automatically refil ammo, they don't function entirely the same as normal clip-fed guns.
As stated this gun has a higher rate of fire, with a larger magazine, and a pause when the ammo is depleted while a reloading animation occurs. This prevents sputter firing when ammo reaches zero, which the other fully auto guns do. The gun would be primarily piercing damage , as opposed to impact. With a possible base heat elemental damage. It also looks like a minigun, which is sweet.

As a fan of dogfight and space dogfight games I for one really enjoy archwing. In particular machine gun dogfighting is my favorite, though missile locks emps and flack are excellent game elements its the leading a maneuvering target with a machine gun while maneuvering that is the most fun for me. With this in mind I made a quick rendering of an Archwing mini gun. The idea here is that the minigun attaches to the shoulder or forearm and the grip is held in the hand. An ammo pouch spools from the hip, and there would be some kind of spent shell animation flying out the side. When released the gun would hang from the telescoping linkage and tuck under a wing as all the weapons do.
This is a heavy machine gun with an extremely high rate of fire. It throws an arching stream of tracer projectiles, armor piercing incendiary rounds.The minigun or ribbon gun as this model is titled has a large magazine size with a somewhat slow reload speed, when the ammo drops to zero there is a pause in fire while the tenno grabs a new belt from the ammo pouch feeding it into the gun, this allows the ammo to start somewhat replenished either by starting at a set amount, or simply allowing the ammo counter to run up as the reload animation plays(still a set amount unless the tenno is in some way slowed). The gun would not do the sputter fire that other automatic weapons do when depleted of ammunition.
This could be a typical shell fed belt machine gun, but this concept is for a science fiction weapon that uses energy to create plasma from a ribbon of alloy. This super heated electromagnetically charged mass is then propelled out one of a rack of rotating gauss rifle barrels. As it travels The alloy exterior cools in the vacuum of space creating a shell of solid metal while the interior is liquid and plasma. Upon striking the target it pierces and delivers the molten payload. Ouch. This cooling would help explain some damage drop off. If there were a convenient mechanism to implement it having the damage drop off accompanied by an increase in armor piercing would be realistic and add another interesting dimension to the use of this weapon.

WOW DE sent me a form response that ignores the information i provided. I see now why people have been more than a little disappointed with the handling of support tickets. I sent them a ticket, included all the files they requested included the screen shot,http://cloud-4.steam...F084D2DA1556A5/ it was titled no reward after 40 min of T4 survival. I was sent this...
"We might be able to help you providing you can supply us with the following information:
- What are the names of the other players that were with you on this mission? (IMPORTANT for cross referencing)
- What item specifically are you concerned about? (Note: We cannot restore everything, please choose one item)
- When (date & time + your time zone) did you finish the mission?
- Where (node / Void / Derelict / alert) did you play the mission?"I'm letting them know "hay your game is broken in this way." and instead of acknowledgement or thanks i'm given a form letter asking for information already provided. This discourages me from bothering with making bug reports. This happened after the latest major update before hot fixes.PC players are the play testers, but when we "do our job" and report bugs we are given some bs response that may as well have come from the DMV.

They should not be traded but if they are and you are wearing a top rank cosmetic you should be hunted by that factions enemies. If you were to put on colors for one gang and walk around you may attract the attention of a rival gang even if you are only wearing a Hells Angels back patch because you think it looks cool the Gypsy Jokers may cut your throat. If you put on a generals uniform and walk around the trenches you may get sniped. At the moment when I see syndicate cosmetic in a mission i can figure on the possibility of a hit squad showing up.

I've seen cases of this which must have been intentional. I've seen it happen when one player notices that another has left at the last 5 seconds; once when showing i was uncertain about going forward with a player gone and a badly depleted pod by switching back and forth rapidly as there was no time to type I chose to extract with about 3-4 seconds on the clock and the other players did not. I felt poorly about it, but it was something that happened with no malice or intent. If you see this behavior repeatedly from the same player then you have a pattern and simply hit ignore an its one less prick you have to deal with. It is hellish when it happens.

As the syandana are a pure cosmetic it is very different than the arcane helms. The syandana have no stat bonus, they represent the factions to which they belong and display some flavor or element of the faction. They serve a purpose which is to show allegiance. The arcane helms tied stats to cosmetics, these do not. They are one of the few identifying cosmetics outside of mastery sigils or the warframes themselves. If I see you have "that" syandana i know you have aceived the top rank in your syndicate where as if they were traded they would just be fancy scarves or backpacks like the ones in the market. They also cant be gotten with platinum, which is a good thing. Warframe is a real free 2 play, with the trading system you can get platinum for parts or mods and get anything in the market, but platinum will not get you some few things that people have to grind for. In the case of some weapons which were in events and have better stats than those available there is a completely different dynamic in which some players are just S.O.L. (super out of luck) and the event mods some of which are the meta. In those cases i see room for debate, not so with the purely cosmetic. If you want it grind for it and get it, its not imposable to get them all if you must...just a grind.

Today while searching the void for a purpose to put my blade to there came another mysterious message from Clan Hattori and their Warlord -BELLUM- it read as follows.
"(Hosting mission for platinum rewards.)-Begin Transmission...Tenno, fragments of my memory have returned...I've located an ally from the old war, he sleeps in hostile terretory. I call for the aid, accept my mission and I'll reward you with Platinum. (For players of Mastery Rank 1-14)"
It was a challenge to make it to wave 50 on Xini infested defense...we had to wake his friend from the cryopod . This type of user generated content is something great. I envision DE creating the user generated quests in a similar fashion. Hattori clan honors their word and payed us each 50 platinum!!! We (our impromptu squad) are also currently the leaders for the week on Xini...that and making wave 50 there is a personal best. DE could create a payout system something like the solar rail conflicts but through the chat or recruiting channels. It would be great for the person funding the mission to put up some reward in order to further their goals or receive some greater reward credits, platinum, mods, cosmetics. There would be the ability to set constraints such as Mastery LV, Frame Lv/typ, No Sentinels, No Gear, Only Side arms. As well as set goals Wave X on map Y or even to be played out in the dojo. This type of of play lends it's self to people connecting and roll playing within the evolving world of Warframe.

More of the same everyone. I may have to make a quest with some archwing mods or some prime parts for mastery 2-8 players. If so I hope to be as imaginative as Bellum has with his plat and time. Archnine Clan respects the Hattori Clan, and will pay this honor forward to the unknown Tenno struggling to find their way through the lower ranks. I'd like to see more of this in the community.

Today while looking through the Recruiting channel i saw an unusual post. It was a mysterious in character in game message from -BELLUM- of the Hattori Clan which to paraphrase read something like "Attention tenno level 10-14 we have discovered the location of Vor, and we require assistance for this assassination mission. This is a platinum prize mission." It was longer and written with more flair, but you get the idea. There was no mention that this was a T4D which it was. We ran the mission and assassinated Vor. From what I could tell -Bellum- stayed out of the fight and the 3 of us remaining players took out Vor. It was tough, and a lot of fun. After the mission We were invited to the clan hall and given 15 platinum each, as well as a tour of the amassing dojo. This was really unusual and a lot of fun, it points a way to user created content and some intrigue. If DE were to develop some content which encouraged clans/syndicates/tenno to recruit and fund missions for some reward it would ad some intrigue and excitement to the game. Kudos to the Hittori clan for taking the initiative in this way. If you should see a similar post do not hesitate to make the run, it will be challenging and rewarding.

Crashing To Black Screen In Lisset After Latest Hotfix.

Reinstalled Warframe, still crashing to black screen in the liset and missions. Was able to play the potato alert at least. Inexplicably my Chroma was somehow demoted to lv 0 after having gained a few. Hope there is a fix soon.
