Shes a pure melee frame. Valk is my main. I don't think you are really use to playing valk to say what you just did about her. I can stay on par with most aoe frames in a defense because I am so quick and do so much damage. Just had a T4 defense up to level 90 infested. I had 526 kills, the aoe frames had half the kills I did. That is the outcome most of the time. But what can you expect out of a 7 forma'ed Valkyr with the best melee weapons and mods in the game. My Valk is a prime, chaos, nightmare, rare modded Valk! I'm sure most people don't put 7 forma in a Warframe unless they love that frame pretty hard core and its the only warframe they use for the most part besides to level up mastery.
I have been able to reach about wave 50 with her in a infested defense up to around level 90 solo. I couldn't go any higher because a level 90 crawler one shots the cheap flimsy pods. lol But that was a long time ago since I tried. Since then they buffed a lot and I gotten valk even stronger last time I tried that. The pods tho would still be one shot so if I mess up I fail because of the pods. She can go on forever otherwise.
Thats the thing against Infested but the other fractions don't run at you and other fracttions have stronger armored units that also scale stronger

My biggest issue with Hysteria is low range, stupid animations, extreme damage falloff, but any change will be fine as long as they don't decide to make her, a melee frame, shot waves out of her claws. I would like to see a charge mechanic while she is in Hysteria similar to the Archwing-melee

Where is the head? are the alternate helmets going to be different neck thicknesses?

Or maybe they encrypted them to avoid the possibility of someone hacking and modifying them as a work around to get exactly what they wanted.
Game is RNG, yes it sucks sometimes, but we know it going in. They even tell you, 1 in 100 chance doesn't mean you get what you want after 100 tries........
No they are encrypted so we can't rant about how some parts have a dropchance far below 1%

...are mostly new player. Over the past months I always took a peak at the feedback forums and noticed that the amount of "Please nerf this" threads got bigger and bigger. Most times they where started by new player, the problem is that they don't know that DE is very very bad at nerfing things let's take Frost as a example. On release he was godlike at Defense and because of a lot of "I don't have do do anything please nerf" they nerf hammered him to death we needed to beg for months so DE would even take a look at his state back than and after several months is good a small buff and after about a year he got his rework. Another example would be the Gammacore but let's don't get started on this...
So if you are a new player who wanted to suggest a nerf just now...

If you have something productive to add then do so. I am not in the mood to get in a pointless flame war with your alt account.
Almost anything would make them better. Hell, just add the drops from the other assassins to their pools (dread, hate, brakk parts, etc).
I don't know who you are talking to but he must be very dedicated with his alt account since this alt account is MR13

To your first Problem: You would do stealth with Excalibur? We both know this is a uncommen case, it's like "If I wake up and suddenly turn into a woman, I may fall in love with a man"
To your sceond Problem: Everything has a down side be happy that you do more damage than pure damage frames and you still have Lifestrike

There are some things the aren't that good about finishers and I would like to see something changed about them
Speed: They simply take to long to be good and I think the animation-speed should scale with the attack-speed
Trigger: Stealth Finishers only trigger as long you are behind the enemy but you should be able to trigger them from the front if the enemy still hasn't detected you
Only on humanoids: A lot of enemies don't have an animation for finishers right now and this should be changed

New Loka is the worst deathsquad to get since you can get inst-killed by firewalls and poisen as soon as they spawn

Why does Stalker only attack if you take out Grineer and Corpus targets then? If he was upset about Tenno killing the Orokin, then he'd be attacking us at every chance he could.
How many Tenno do you think exist? He probably things that one is important because he stomped someone important

This is about the Natah quest so dont read on if you havent done it.
So good ol' Stalker telling us to chill with all the killing that "Lotus" was sending us to do was right all along!
I think it's time for DE to let us pick sides here because i dont know about you people but.... i dont want some lady with baby issues waving keys in front of me so she could feel better about herself.
After ........ getting equinox i dont think i will kill any more bosses "Lotus" sends me to kill.
And i say after because i didnt do the quest right away.
So we need some "The Stalker was right" T-shirts on the merch store.
We need new mission controllers.
And we need a mission where like the G-dilemma where people get to break from the "Lotus."
That event will be some Tenno attacking "Lotus" home base attempting to kill her and some defending.
Please dont give the defending sides the better weapons, DE.
This should be the FIRST totally even contest.
The Stalker Army gets the Stalker Grakata (wraith?) and the Lotus Faithful get the Dex Grakata.
Sure let's rebel against the woman(?) who betrayed her own race so we can live, freed all races from the Orokin(not so nice people) and tries to keep everything in check so the past won't get repeated

Yeah, right. Like Mag is now "useless again" after the Greedy Pull change.
Mag is still usefull because her damage scales with the level of enemys IF the enemy has a shield, but Hydroid doesn't have something like scaling damage

Hydroid was useful long before Pilfering Swarm existed.
For his great damage? For his not buggy and RNG based CC?

So since DE nerfed the only thing about Hydroid that made him useful he will go into the mastery fodder grave... again
So until it isn't confirmed that the sentients are japanese school girls, judging from Lotus this isn't even that far fetched, Hydroid won't be used

And I want also to add that this will make Hydroid useless since the only things he has are bad CC, finisher damage and that he is a Lootframe but since you are takeing one the things away from him where he shines, being a Lootframe, he will be overshadowed by many frames, if you want damage you take Ash who does even more finisher damage and if you need CC you will take one of the many frames who outshine him
If this change happens Hydroid will become Masteryfodder... again

The next PC Hotfix will have something to speak to this directly: with Pilfering Swarm equipped, enemies won't need to be killed by the tentacles to have an added drop chance. Simply dying on the tentacle will be enough to trigger Pilfering Swarm. However, we will also be removing Power Strength mods affecting Pilfering Swarm to balance this change.
Well back to Nekros than....

Did I understand it right: It gives ONE frame an utility slot and per Exilus Adapter you need:
2 Forma
1 Orokin Cell
1 Argon Crystal
and
50000 Standing with Cephalon Simaris
I would use them if the BP would be reusable but if you need 50000 Standing (which is annoying to get) for a slot where most people will need to forma a frame so you can even start thinking about fitting another mod in, I won't even bother to get this time-waster
