[I cannot use my warframe abilities or go into operator mode.]

This happened randomly when I was playing a mission; I was in operator mode and I died; I got back into the warframe but from that point I couldnt use any of my abilities or go into operator mode again ( keys: 1,2,3,4 and 5 for operator). I tried killing myself again a few times but didnt work;
I thought this is probably some weird bug and it will fix itself at the end of the mission but that wasn't the case. It's been 2 days and I still cannot use my abilites; Other keys (movement, shooting) work just fine.

I tried alot of things before posting here but none worked:

Changed through all my frames to see if any one of them could use an ability
Ran multiple missions both in solo and in global mode
Remapped all my ability keys from 1,2,3,4,5 to random keys on the keyboard including to W,A,S,D(which worked previously as movement keys)
Restarted the game alot of times; Also relogged on steam; Also restarted the PC
Deleted the ee.cfg file in appdata folder of warframe
Reinstalled the game 2 times

I also wrote a ticket to the support team but its been 2 days and they only replied that they need my warframe logs and since i sent them that there was no reply.

It looks like my account has lost the ability to use abilities. 😕 The game is basically unplayable for me now.. So if any of you guys experienced this before, I wouldnt mind some tips.



 

[Mastery Rank Up bugged (enemy stuck inside a wall)]

Hey I'm currently at max mastery rank 8 and I just played the mission for mastery rank 9. The mission was a stealth one where you have to kill the enemies one by one without being detected and I also watched how it's done on Youtube before I attempted the challenge.
The problem is I got detected by an enemy that was bugged inside a pillar and I couldn't even see him. I got close to the enemy I was trying to kill and suddenly I get shot from inside a pillar by (I suppose) an enemy that was in there. This happens on the 3rd stage of the mission where there are like 6 enemies and 3 of them get together at some point so you have to wait for them to split up;  On all of the 3 retries I got caught by the same bugged enemy; This is especially frustrating since I already knew from Youtube how to complete the challenge; I even dedicated ALOT of time after I got caught the first time on trying to figure out how this is happening just to get the same results.
This brings up the next problem: Why do you have a 24H cooldown and so few retries on this type of missions if the enemies can get bugged ?
This is also not my first experience with weird bugs; Just yesterday my character got bugged in the mission The War Within and it didn't respawn after it got eaten by one of the worms. Also wrote a topic on that like 12 hours ago (you can check it out; it must be just below few other topics) and I never even got a reply.
Even though I'm at rank 8, I'm not a new player; I've played this game when it first came out and I took a 6 years break. I remember the same bugs(maybe more) happening when I started playing and it seems they didn't get fixed.
I really don't mind if this happens in a random mission; I just ignore it or if thats not possible I simply abort the mission and retry it. But when it's a mastery rank challenge or a main mission(that you cannot get out from) its just frustrating.

Now, letting aside the completely undeserved 24h cooldown I have to wait and about 1 hour I lost on the challenge without actually understanding why I failed; Can I get any tips on how to complete this challenge if the next time it will happen again?


 

[Stuck in mission The war within]

Hello , Im currently doing the mission the war within and I reached the point where I unlocked transference on my character and I have to take control of the stunned maw.
After I got killed a few times , my character suddenly respawned but it didn't take me back to the previous checkpoint; It just respawned on the same area as the maw and it still follows but doesnt attack my character now. I also have my screen locked down on the floor ( cant look around ); I can move my character but its like in a 2D way and the camera wont follow me; It just stays in one same spot. 
Any ideas to what I have to do ? 
Already tried Google; altough I find an insanely large number of problems regarding bugs in this mission I haven't found one similar to what I experience.
Already tried /unstuck a number of times; doesn't work
