Recently, my warframe started to work really crappy, its crashing as hell, i cant play any missions, the only mission game isnt crashing is defense? can anyone explain how to fix this bs.. ;/ i cant last longer in normal mission longer than 5min, after 5min+- it crashes

i play mostly defense, and exterminate, I like both, so i cant decide which one to choose
