I have been getting this error all day today. Basically, after I log in, I get it, chat is unavailable for a little while, however, it loads after that. I can speak, I can whisper (stuff which have been buggy lately), but I can't invite other players to a squad and I don't receive invites from other players either (They are telling me they invited me, but I don't get it).
Is it just me? Can anyone else confirm they are experiencing the above? I highly doubt it's anything related to my PC/Internet as I've done the usual to double check this. There is a Sedna alert I really want to do right now and I can't because I can't get into a squad to taxi me there :((

Same thing here. Made sure the ports are enabled in my router/firewall but still get the error. Sad :(

Yeah, exactly. I kept yelling on chat at one point: "IS IT JUST ME??? SERIOUSLY, SOMEONE ANSWER". Then I just quit the game cause I thought I'm going crazy :((( yudodis to me, warframe :(

Yeah, I know, it just never quite manifested itself like this (which functioning chat and whisper, but no invites). I missed the alert now, anyway :(
