[Hotfix 16.9.4]

to make it plain and simple about the syndicate mods it got mentioned 2 posts ago but that got flat outignored

 

what they(Tried) to fix was the (at max rank) say 100%+ dmg from bright purity from not transfeering over to EB, this was what they attemped to fix. what did get patched as it was Never intended to be a thing was the "Purity" AoE blast and quick buff from new loka mods and various melee mods from other syndicates.

 

they are trying to balance excali.  (has everyone forgotten w/ him being the first he's still the "balanced to weakness" one? 16.9's update and hotfixes are mainly to make him less of a Laughing Joke to something viable even if other frames far still surpass him late game. atleast he's Fun to use again.

 

what im more surprised that they gave him more armor than Rhino.

augments should work fully on melee frames( yes, valkyr too), actually that "bug" with the syndi mods gave life to dead weapons like the jaw sword or the mire

anyway if this is intended is a nerf
