  1. So, this bug has been popping up in between, like, every 3-5 updates or so. *Note, using DX11.

I tried public matchmaking for the first time since PoE released, and lo-and-behold I load into matches a lot quicker than usual. I was surprised at that. Then everyone freezes, host migrates, and I get sent back to my Orbiter. This bug ailed me a long time ago, around when Archwing was released, which made the game actually unplayable to me and caused me to quit Warframe until sometime after the Glast Gambit released, due to me not being able to use public matchmaking until then.

Please, give attention to this bug, or at least acknowledge it to the community, as I've just seen now that its ailing others as well once more, and it can ruin the game for an unlucky few of the community that we love to be a part of. Its far too often (as I recall and now browsing through recent messages currently) that posts regarding this specific bug (despite how prevalent it is in this subforum) never got any replies other than by others who are afflicted. So please, do so.

  2. Can confirm further, seeing a lot of people in stream chats saying they got 20+ messages with mostly fireworks... :/. Why... just why would it be weighted so heavily towards that with alternatives primarily of Latron BPs and basic resources when the advertised image had a color pack, Nitain, and a Vectis Prime x.x

  3. So, just logged in after watching streams for 10+ hours since launch, got the statue and a single Starburst. I really hope all the rewards from the rest of the achievements I (soon hopefully) get won't be something I can purchase from the market for 5,000 credits x.x. Though it does seem like the bots or whatever they're using are slowly sifting through the streams' data since launch and releasing items originally awarded (maybe) over a long period of time. Unless of course, those are the only items I will receive period, by which case they are probably doing something else weird to award stuff.

  4. So the Hydroid rework was rather disappointing to a good chunk of the community, the rework centered on synergizing Hydroid's abilities around Undertow. I don't really play Hydroid, so I wouldn't be any expert in what could possibly be a great ability for the frame or where exactly it needs to be improved, though an ability crossed my mind at some point while watching Warframe YouTubers reviewing the new rework.

The idea is somewhat similar to DE's intentions of Undertow (or at least, the drowning aspect), though executed in a different way. The ability would within a cone in front of Hydroid, where enemies are lifted and surrounded by globes of water, much like the Zenurik Void Pulse's ability to lift enemies, drowning them a bit like Undertow while also semi-CCing enemies and allowing yourself and teammates to fire upon said enemies.

I thought this idea (or something like it) may possibly be pretty neat, though then again, I don't really play Hydroid, so I'm not entirely certain, so I'm just throwing an idea out there if only to potentially inspire other possible abilities people could come up with that could make Hydroid a better frame to use.

  5. So, just began playing this game once more since I took a break from the first Arcwing update, and found that whenever I attempt to join an online game, after loading into the map, all players appear to freeze on my screen and a host migration error follows, then kicking me from the match. I tried asking in-game if others had a solution to the problem, and multiple players in the global chat assured me that many others were experiencing the problem as well due to the developers messing with networking in recent patches.

The only solutions that I could find on this forum were to either: A) Set ping to uncapped B) Uncheck all directx and run on directx 9. I did the former, and as for the latter the game's fps drops significantly enough to cause lag, making it an option that I cannot play with.

Also, I've found developers asking for a player's EE.log sometimes within these posts, so I have it at beck and call from my last session, by which I was kicked from some matches before I decided to play solo for a mission or two.

I do hope this problem ceases to persist, and I believe I had this problem a year or two back as well (which didn't end well either, causing another hiatus from Warframe). For any players that are experiencing a similar problem, I sympathize with you and hope the developers are working on figuring out what is causing this problem. Thanks for reading this bug report.

  6. Rhino looked in surprise. He had no idea that a veteran like Kritos could be wounded so easily. Well, they ALL are veterans in a way, though Kritos has been in the new age a lot longer than he had ((4 Days)). He nodded slightly, showing that he understood the situation.

He turned on his comms, "Halcyon, Aero, what are your locations? We got to get out of here while we have the chance." He paused for a second before continuing. "Kritos will be holding them off while we escape."

((Sorry I've been gone for a while, family-matters (no pun intended)))

  7. Rhino maneuvered across the space field, dodging cast off parts of old ships and ambushing Grineer drones. "I don't know about you Kritos," he radioed. "But I'm going to be bringing down the reactor." He sped off in the direction of an exhaust port in the Grineer frigate's hull and entered, hoping he could end this quick so that he could finish the escort mission. The only way to get out of here without being followed was to destroy this ship, though, he's not really sure of it's capabilities. He's just going off of what Kritos said earlier.

He explored the labyrinth of ducts, destroying what little security the Grineer had in here. He branched off to the left toward the reactor reactor room, which was fairly close by now.

  8. Rhino looked over to Kritos. "If that's the case, then I'm with you on this one. Only some of us have to stay behind and fight, we've all been through this routine before at some point, excluding the Rhino-class Tenno over there," says Rhino. "Anyone else coming?"

  9. *A ceiling collapses behind the Tenno and Aero* "Ok," he tells the others. "Evac's just down this room." They turn left off of a corridor and enter the standard Orokin Tenno evacuation point. "Aero, you can go down the preceding hall and go out another exit there to call for your ship.

  10. Rhino laughed. "Don't we all, Halcyon? Anyways, we're nearly there, just have to maneuver over a few walls, nothing major." Rhino turned his attention to the Tenno. "Looks like we're in the same predicament, now aren't we? Seems like the later you wake, the less you remember." *another shutter echos throughout the structure. "We should really be going now," he said to the group. "Let's up the pace."

  11. They work their way back through the maze of collapsed walls and ceilings, rushing toward the extraction the Lotus marked out.

"So," asks Rhino as they ran and turned to the mute Tenno. "You remember your name, Tenno?" *the derelict shutters*

EDIT: ((Perhaps we can schedule times in which everyone involved so far is online in order to continue the RP?))

  12. "Yes Aero, you may," Rhino said. He looked to Halcyon. "We have to consider the fact that they came in a large frigate ship instead of the usual expedition ships they use to harvest Orokin artifacts. They may be after our friend here," he glanced toward the Tenno. "Though, we got the information on his location first." He paused. "Anyone hear the Lotus identify the Grineer ship's name? It may supply some information on the military force that will be on the frigate. It'll be of some use if we decide to stay and fight," he added.
