    In semi-auto mode you essentialy reduce your ammo from 60 shots to 30 shots for delivering twice the damage per shot. That's a good magazine size for a semi-auto gun (compared to Latrons 15) but not too good.

     

     

    This is indeed a fair thing to do, i completely forgot about it myself. Different sound for semi-auto would be nice aswell.

  2. Hello everyone, i guess we all know that Stradavar was a bit disappointing and that there are tons of "Buff Stradavar" threads... However there are few important things we need to remember:

     

    - Not every new weapon has to be top tier.

     

    - Stradavar is actualy not a bad wepon. It's very versatile, has incredibly good accuracy, low recoil and having two different playstyles in one weapon is incredibly useful.

     

    What i would like to propose are very moderate buffs (compared to other propositions...) and one QoL change. We need to remember that Stradavar has very good magazine size and very low recoil, this alone makes it more of a weapon for people that can aim those headshots instead of pray'n'spray playstyle. I belive that full auto mode is actualy fairly balanced for what the weapon is, only thing i think that could be changed is critchance, from 10% to 15%. Semi-Auto mode has some more problems, while it could be good even as it is now, its DPS compared to full auto is actually lower. What i propose for this mode is to make it double base damage. For QoL change, remove "jamming" from Semi-Auto mode so it works more like Latron and allows to click LPM rapidly without fear of losing DPS.

     

    Summary:

     

    Full Auto Mode: 10% into 15% Critchance.

     

    Semi-Auto Mode: Double base damage, remove "jamming".

     

    It won't make the weapon top tier, but i belive it would make it go from underpowered to worth crafting and using for current cost. It would still be outperformed by weapons specialized in either full auto or semi-auto mode, while still having its own niche. Cheers!

  3. Honestly, i think Defense should be counted in minutes like survival not waves. Youre always under attack and every 5 minutes a miniboss in form of a officer for grineer/corpus or juggernaut for infested shows up and drops your rotational reward. Also after you kill said miniboss enemies morale falters so you have a chance to extract with the crypod.

  4. Depends on your warframe and if your squad has 4x Corrosive Projection, there was also time when numbers were bugged and didn't show correct numbers. Or you just remembered them as higher than they once were.

    1. Orokin Catalysts and Reactors

    " Tenno, Warframes are your main weapon during fights in Sol system. Enhancing their capabilities is only natural to your growth. Orokin Reactors are potent devices that will double the capacity for modding Warframes."

     

    " These can also be used on your Archwing and Companions."

     

    b. Orokin Catalyst

    This device works exactly like Orokin Reactor but for weapons only."

     

    As you can see these devices double the potential of your equipmentthere is no additional strain put on them.

    You can only install one of these devices per Weapon or Warframe."

     

     

     

    2. Exilus Adapters

    " These nifty devices are very rare and very useful. After fusing it with your Warframe it will add one additional mod slot for utility mods only. These devices work for Warframes Only. This slot can be polarized using Forma, but we will learn about that in a moment.. "

     

     

     

    3. Forma and Polarizations

    " Forma is most widespread piece of Orokin Technology, it's used to add Polarities. Most equpiment has atleast one Polarity since beggining. There are 3 main polarities:

    " Most Mods use these polarities, there are few different less common polarities but understanding basics will let you use them as effectively as these 3.

     

    " Forma allows to add 1 polarity to a slot of your selection, Forma will be used up and your experience with using this particular piece of equipment will be completely erased because of this change, You will have to master it again before using another Forma."

     

    " Forma can also be used in construction of various things like advanced weapons or Dojo Corridors and Rooms."

     

     

    4. Mods

     

    " Mods can be found anywhere, mostly in various canisters or carried by your enemies. Mods can be traded between Tenno. "

     

    " Most Mods will upgrade the way your equipment works, sometimes Corrupted Mods will also degrade different aspect of your equipment.

     

    " Each Mod can be upgraded by different Mods or Fusion Cores, there is limit to these upgrades. You can usualy do it 3, 5 or 10 times, but each upgrade will get more expensive and require more Mods or Fusion Cores to achieve."

     

    " As you probably noticed, every mod has a  polarity, if mod is put in slot with matching polarity it's drain will be cut in half. If it's put in mismatched polarity it will increase drain by roughly 25%."

     

    I belive all of this information is essentail for surviving in Sol system, mastering usage of Mods will make you exceptionally powerful and capable of overpowering entire armies. Godspeed Tenno."

  6. It's a good guide, but there's a mistake: you can have more than two damage types on a weapon if its base damage type is one of the combined elemental ones, like the Tysis (corrosive) or Detron (radiation).

    Indeed thanks for pointing that out, i changed wording so it indicates that you can ADD them. I also fixed some other errors and added few lines to make everything more clear.

    1. Damage Types

     

    a. Physical Damage

     

     

     

    Tenno there are 3 basic Damage Types you have to know about. All of them are Physical Type. Every conventional piece of weaponry uses these types of damage, more specialised ones may use Elemental Type, we will talk about them later during the lesson."

    First is  Impact type damage, it's most common type of damage, it works perfectly to drain shields but it is not as good at piercing flesh. It suffers no loss of damage against Infested."

     

    Second is Puncture type damage, most military grade weaponry uses this type of damage, it's designed to pierce  armored targets but suffers a loss of damage against shields."

     

    Last but not least is Slash type damage, barbaric and ihmumane, Slash weaponry causes terrible Bleeding damage that causes targets to take damage over time, it even bypasess Shields. It often dismembers targets and cuts them into pieces, it's extremelly damaging against any type of flesh."

     

    b. Basic Elemental Damage

     

    Now that you know that Tenno, we will talk about Elemental Damage, it is essential that you will master use of Elemental Damage or you will not be able to defeat more powerful opponents."

     

     

    " There are 4 basic or primary Elemental Damage Types, each of them can be combined into one of 6 advanced or secondary Elemental Damage Types, I will teach you how to use each of them and how to combine them into more specialised advanced types."

    " Lets start with Cold type damage, it's potent against Shields and Alloy Armor. This type of armor is mostly used by Grineer Bombards.  It suffers loss of damage agains Infested, after all these creatures can survive in void of space.

     

    " Second will be loved by everyone Electricity type damage, very useful against any kind of Robotics and Machinery but it's easily stopped by Alloy Armor. "

     

    Next on the list is Heat type damage, great for eradicating Infested Flesh and low quality Clones like Grineer. It can be stopped by Proto Shields used by higher ranked Corpus officials. "

     

    Last one will be Toxin damage type, great for killing almost any type of living opponent, it completely bypasses shields and fares well against Ferrite Armor worn by foot soldiers of the Grineer."

     

    c. Advanced Elemental Damage

     

     

    " Most weapons wont have any of these damage types, but you can add them with various Mods to basically any weapon. Now that you know that lets talk about more advanced Damage Types, to create them you need to combine different elemental damage types.Thats how you do it... "

    A combination of Heat and Cold will result in Blast damage type, great against Machinery and Ancient Infested."

     

    A combination of Electricity and Toxin will result in highly Corrosive damage type, it destroys armor and Ancient Infested. "

     

    A combination of Heat and Toxin will result in incredibly potent Gas damage type, it was designed to eradicate Infested, but it's highly uneffective against any type of flesh.

     

    A combination of Cold and Electircity will create Magnetic damage type, it was designed to destroy shields, it's very uneffective agianst alloy armor."

     

    A combination of Heat and Electircity will create powerful Radiation, it's great in destroying Alloy Armor and Robotics."

     

    And finally, a combination of Cold and Toxin will create deadly Viral type damage, perfect against human flesh but highly uneffective against mutated infested."

     

    You must remember that you can add up to 2 Elemental Damage Types on your weapons, 1 Advanced and one Basic or 2 Advanced Types..."

     

    " ... But as i mentioned earlier, some weapons already have innate Elemental Damage, usually you can still add 1 Basic and 1 Advanced type or 2 Advanced types of damage to weapons like these."

     

    2. Status Effects of Various Damage Types

     

     

    Tenno, did you know that some weapons are designed specifically to use as much as possible out of your various damage types? They are called status weapons, you can ehnance their chance of creating status effect by using Mods."

     

     

    I will now list status effect for each physical damage type:

     

    - Impact: Stagger

     

    - Puncture: Reduced Damage

     

    - Slash: Bleed

    "

     

    " Now list for elemental damage types:

     

    - Cold : Slowdown

     

    - Heat : Immolation, Panic

     

    - Electricity : Chain Lightning and Stun

     

    - Toxin : Poisoning

    "

     

    " And lastly, advanced elemental damage types:

     

    - Blast : Knockdown

     

    - Corrosive : Armor Reduction or even destruction

     

    - Gas : Explosion of Toxin

     

    - Magnetic : Shield Reduction or even destruction

     

    - Radiation : Reduced Accuracy and Friendly Fire

     

    - Viral : Reduced Max Health

     

    With that knowledge you can prepare best combination for your status weaponry, remember to check weapon specifications, not every weapon has high status chance but every weapon will use damage types you put on them regardless if status effect happens or not."

     

     

    3. Damage Combinations against various Factions

     

    Brighter students probably already understand that proper combination of damage for each faction is different. Let me tell you about proper combinations.."

     

     

    Lets start with Grineer, best combination for them would be Puncture, accompanied by Radiation and Viral."

     

    " For Corpus Impact damage with Magnetic and Toxin or Electric and Viral."

     

    For Infested one should use Slash weaponry infused with  Corrosive and Heat or Gas and Electricity."

     

    Void towers are full of corrupted version of other factions.  Usual combination would be Corrosive and Heat or Corrosive and Cold. If your team uses 4x of Corrosive Projection Aura you will want to prioritize Slash damage and ViralRadiation is a good addition. "

     

    "Sometimes you will use Status Weapon for Crowd Control, most usefull types of damage for that are:

    - Radiation : It will make enemies attack each other.

    - Electricity : Arc lightning will stun most enemies

    - Blast : It can easily knock down groups of enemies

     

    Experiment on your own Tenno..."

     

    " ...With that basic knowledge i belive you will be able to perfectly adapt to any enemy, study them with your codex scanners to learn their weaknesess, or simply try everything out yourself. Now that we talked about that lets talk about most fearsome enemy..."

     

    4. Warfare against Sentients

     

    With the awakening of Sentients, we lost many Tenno.

    Sentients wield incredible firepower and have incredible adaptive armor. This armor will become almost immune against damage type it was shot barely few times with. We only know about one way of fighting them, disparity. You wield 3 weapons, if you know that Sentients will be your enemies you should prepare accordingly. Each of your weapons should have different damage combinations, this way even if Sentient adapts to your primary weapon you can still damage him with your secondary or even melee. I hope that none of you will have to fight them, godspeed Tenno."

  8. Even more annoying, i cant queue some of these ****** rooms to destruction because other one THAT IS ALREADY QUEUED TO BE DESTROYED prevents it from getting queued.... WTF, honestly building and decorating dojo is most annoying thing i ever did in any game.

  9. Has anyone ever had problem with it? I need to rebuild my clan dojo since person who was in charge of building before... Well, made it really big mess of random rooms everywhere. The problem is, because of the way how its builded and how dojo works i cannot queue everything for destruction at once (great design btw. DE). Is there a chance that support could queue every room except base clan hall to destruction? Doing everything manually will take weeks because the dojo is terrible mess and i cant really disable it for all the clanmates.  Any ideas?

     

    edit. Actualy some of the rooms cannot be destroyed, theres tons of duplicate rooms everywhere and everything is connected with everything (except some bigger rooms with only 1 doors)  making it basically impossible to deconstruct, i wrote a ticket to support hoping they can reset it since the system behind it is incomprehensible and broken.

  10. Cosmic Specter require 1800 conclave to be built. Hmm i equipped gear i wanted my specter to have (1837 conclave) went to foundry.. And surprise! I still cannot build it because i need to have 1800 conclave, while having 1837 atm. If someone can try to build it and make me sure its not bug on my side i would be grateful.

  11. You need an extremely low Conclave rating for it to drop, somewhere between 100-500. Or so I've heard.

    EDIT: Unless they've removed that drop condition and just given it a ridiculously low rate in general now.

    It has to be under 1k, multiple ppl i know got it around 900 conclave.
