Well, if I knew your specs it would help me gauge how many frames that game should be running at (checking for old hardware). Lower all of your game settings, or put them on the lowest. If you are using a tower (desktop not laptop), make sure your internal fans are working. (I'm not perfect, but these should help) Otherwise you might want to submit a support ticket to solve your issue.
BTW loading screens don't gauge how well the game should be running, please don't treat them like they should.

The card itself is working just fine (now that I know the problem and it didn't melt), the standing fan has worked wonders in fixing the issue. Now my only other problem I have is dealing with my mouse and keyboard's cords being farther away, but it works. If I were to just replace the fan, its just a fan and should be cheap. If I were to get a new graphics card that can cost me a couple hundred dollars for one better than the one I have. (I'd rather get one that can better play games these days with 4k and VR if I get those in the future.)

EDIT: Can you force the fan to work with MSI Afterburner?
It only seems to be recent. support told me to run UNiGUiNE: Heaven to test and watch my GPU with HWMonitor. 100% sure it was not spinning, off completely even during bootup (in other words, it was broken.). The fan was and still is getting power, I have a program that I could use to change fan speeds. (as I am posting this I did try MSI Afterburner and it didn't turn on.)

So, support had me run a performance test on my GPU. My finding was that my GPU's fan was not spinning. How did I find that? Oh, my GPU was 101 degrees Celsius for crying out loud. I could boil/evaporate water on my GPU at that point. So, for right now, I have a standing fan blowing onto my computer to cool it. Highest temperature I've gotten so far was 76 degrees and my lowest so far is 35 degrees (with fan), but I'm going to test its limits again later.

Yea, support responded to me. Although the only response was confirming the issue thus far and making sure it is still there.
I completely agree. I like Kubrows, they are nice pseudo-pets as if your playing a fraction of Nintendogs, but are not yet worth the grind to get to be useful in my opinion right now.

Everyone in this topic should start a Support Desk ticket if they haven't already. The more people that report the issue the better the chance that it gets sorted quickly.I despise Kubrows, they are not as useful as I would like them to be. When I think some important team-member falls down and when I find out its just a Kubrow I get annoyed.

All I remember is that it was a hotfix after Vauban prime's release, I didn't think to record which specifically. I have tried other drivers, but Nvidia is a bit weird. I'm using the Nvidia GeForce Experience to update my driver, and if you have dealt with it before then you would know that it improves the quality/optimizes specific games at a time. I don't remember the last time they made a change to specifically warframe that I could go back to, so that would mean the updates that I've done recently wouldn't effect warframe. (and they haven't)
EDIT: I'm back-dating my Graphics driver to March the 1st, I'll report on what happens. (Version: 362.00)
Edit (Update to previous): It didn't change much. Still does the same things as before.

I ran Garry's mod without abnormalities with frame-rate. I tried disabling the launcher settings and putting Warframe on its lowest quality settings, and most changes were still temporary and lead to the same conclusion as I said before. I've verified the integrety through steam as well as the launcher, optimized cache, changed my operating system from Windows 8.1 (I still had the problem) to Windows 10 (I still have the problem).

I've been having a similar performance issue. When I'm just standing in my ship, my FPS drops from 40-60 to about 7-20. This is really bothering me, because before this hotfix I was doing fine. Now its tanking to unplayable levels. Although from the above posts that I have read, everyone here is running a Nvidia graphics card. I wonder if that is an issue.

I don't know think that this is fixed, unless there was another hotfix overnight, but there are node glitches on earth.
The missions with the Orokin Moon tilesets
On earth those nodes will not stop blinking as though it has never been completed even if I completed the mission. It wont let me place an extractor, not that I wanted to. And one of the nodes was locked even though I had earth completed before the U18 Update.
This happens regardless of what warframe or weapons that are brought. (for me)
I should have a picture of the locked node, I will try and edit this later. All I had to do was run the dark sector mission, if I remember correctly, and it unlocked.

Sooo.... my game constantly crashes when using the Jordas Verdict Trial, any suggestions on fixing this?
I expect that you run Warframe through steam. Right click on Warframe under the library tab on steam, click on Properties, click the Local Files tab, and click "Verify integrity of game cache." Let it go through that process and reopen Warframe where it should have to update some files. Of course, after this point is where you would try to run the trial again and see if it fixed it.
If that does not work the only other things I can tell you is not to run The Jordas Verdict Trial, uninstall and reinstall Warframe (If your internet speed is slow then you might just not want to run that mission and continue playing.), or it might be your computer. (Especially if your computer is old or happens to be a laptop with performance issues.)

I am back again for another bug.
Description: The timer after hitting the first nerve does not show up and says the the engines are activated when they are not jordas wont move, cannot be damaged, and his head cannot be split.
Reproducible: Yes. This has be consistent in all 5 runs we've had (at least).
What I know: We originally thought the bug was caused from someone dying or going down inside Jordas, I do not believe it was that. The reason being that we hadn't even gotten to the first nerve and destroyed it. The first serum machine that you use to make the nerve damageable was most likely activated when I (as Nova Prime) used Molecular Prime and someone must have killed an enemy near the nerve or shot towards the nerve with an explosive weapon (while the Serum Machine was hitting the nerve).

The Law of Retribution Nightmare mission bugged out when we were fighting vey hek. The grineer bomb carrier was knocked outside the map, and the bomb never reappeared and we were forced to abort mission when we already had a definite chance at completion.

DESCRIPTION: We got to the J3 Golem fight where you go inside the engine, we were trying to figure out what to do and we did not leave the golem and we were ejected out as the engine powered up. Upon ejection i was near the portal out but i did not step through. When i was outside the golem a teammate and I were downed without a timer (my character also fell immediately) and not a single member of my team could revive me. I could have died right as we were pushed out by the engine, resulting in the falling through the world when I should be floating as archwing. I used /unstuck and it failed. And I missed my chance at rejoining explained further below.
IS THE BUG EASILY REPRODUCED?: I do not know.
REPRODUCTION STEPS: Be within Jordas 3 Golem's engine while at (seemingly) any part where you are walking on ground (non archwing section) with 300 shield and 300 health or less with your warframe and get knocked out after the engines in J3 golem start up. I was Nova Prime without health, armor, or shield mods.
What happened next, not pertaining to the glitch at hand: I tried exiting so that i could play and i was afraid of not getting the rewards if i left myself dead. I alt+f4'ed and restarted warframe and received the "Do you want to bind your warframe account to your steam account?" and as i hit esc to get rid of the bind message the other message pops up saying something along the lines of rejoining the game. I was very angry. I know i'll get more chances, but I want the binding message to go into the options menu or to have way of second chance for rejoining like an, "are you sure?". I was already upset with having to expend a key to get into the mission to farm fragments and have to research, farm more, build, wait a day for it to finish, and build another key for the jordas verdict on top of that and then to have the pop up ruin my enjoyment of the Jordas Verdict Trial. I like warframe a lot but the hassle and time just to get into Jordas Verdict with everything that is needed and to not complete it sucessfully is just terrable.

Clarification/Improvements/Mistakes
This wasn't fixed in the nekros prime hotfix. It does not let you buy the helmet for free, but you can see loki wearing the helmet.
EDIT: I don't know if this happens with any other frames.
EDIT2: I checked for "anthro mag" threads not "mag anthro" threads and didn't see that there were already 3 other ones
