I too am having this problem. The game only runs in border-less windowed mode, which is junk. This game used to work, and now I am forced to take a huge fps hit due to incompetent devs.

I dont use hysteria but i do believe power STR affects it

No this is not responsible for the change in MP. I have played before and after that patch and the change in it was negligible. Now it is impossible to start any chain reactions. MP is just a debuff now :(

This explosion delay is horrible. There are no longer any chain reactions with MP....it is really just a debuff now. The explosions are absolutely useless.

Sure thing! While we are at it lets nerf Rhino Prime so that his iron skin is useless, or lets Nerf Nekros so desecrate only works 1% of the time! That would be great!...better yet, lets keep going until all the warframes have useless abilities!

People stopped complaining, because they lost their hope. No one listened to them. I don't want to get used to it, I think I will go and play some other games, and wait until they change the UI back or make a similar one.
Can confirm. Gave up hope. Uninstalled game.

I am sure you have the best of intentions, and I strongly agree with the general theme that the UX route was a poor choice. However, even as a fellow professional, telling someone how to do their job is... highly abrasive, at best. In this context we are guests.

Well....then It appears the devs don't really have any respect for their PC user base. They are using us as beta testers for their precious PS4 users. F*** this game. Time to un-install.

Nay. I think I am going to quit this game. The UI makes it unplayable. The dogs are cute, but lots of game have cute dogs...and even cuter dogs.

Two reasons:
1. The problems with this update are easily fixable
2. They stayed up all night putting it in to a presentable form and I doubt you could have done better
It was already in a presentable form, so I could have done better by not doing anything.
