  1. The Arcane, "Arcane Acceleration" at Max Rank is not firing Primary Weapons at 90% Fire Rate when triggered. I just recently tested this is on the Kuva Kohm. 

     

    My test was in the Simulacrum with only Arcane Acceleration equipped and no other fire rate increase mods. When the Arcane activated, there was no change at all in the fire rate of the gun. 

     

    I then unequipped the Arcane and used Frail Momentum(+90% Fire Rate/ -15% Damage) and there was a noticeable difference in the Fire Rate vs the Arcane. I feel this is a bug. I hope the team can resolve this soon. If this is not a bug then maybe I do not understand the application of this Arcane to Primary Weapons and would not mind being clarified on how it is supposed to perform.

  2. Maybe it's not a question of throwing enough money at the screen but more so on I guess a resolution of time with the original composer. I wouldn't mind buying the Warframe soundtrack in volumes. Currently Vol 1(what we have now) I would buy in a heartbeat. I just wish DE would say something on this. I've been wanting the Warframe soundtrack for a while and DE hasn't said anything(to my knowledge) yet. 

     

     

    Please DE give the audiophile Tenno something to bring peace to the Origin System to. :) 

  3. Exactly what the title states. Since the recent "Extended" version of the "Second Dream" video soundtrack, I've been wanting the Warframe Soundtrack even before then. Now I want it more than ever. To anyone at Digital Extremes, I kindly ask can anyone disclose such information on when the Warframe soundtrack will be available for purchase?(Yes, I buy my music :D ) For a game I fell in love with so many years ago, I want to take it's soundtrack with me everywhere I go!

     

    Also, will there ever be another "Create a Tenno Tune" competition? And if so, will the creation time be extended? One month was really short for such a creative process time.(all with mixing and mastering the created track) If not, will there ever be a licensed actively updated sound pack that will be available for download? I've been wanting to create another track with some of the Warframe sounds, more importantly, the updated sounds! 

     

    Thanks again DE for everything you do and keep pushing on guys and gals. This game has only begun.

    This statement means you think DE is reworking Ash's Bladestorm because they think it's too OP. Is it not? If it isn't, you should consider rewording that to make a bit more sense to avoid confusion.

     

    As it stands, an HP drain is a bad idea IMO. This is why:

    - Ash does not have extended immortality.

    - Loses 5 ~ 10 health per Teleport.

    - Loses 1 ~ 2 health per Shuriken in Bladestorm.

    - Loses health while Bladestorm is active.

    - Is only healed if Ash solo kills the enemy(as i understand), 5HP is healed per kill.

     

    I also do not believe it is fitting for him to consume health like a bloodmage.

     

    From what I understand DE is reworking all "press one button to win" abilities on all Warframes. So, since Ash is next(besides Mag) and I do believe Ash will be reworked, I am stating the "my Bladestorm" with a HP drain has me to believe that it would be a skill that people would think had no negative benefit thus being overpowered. "My Bladestorm" not the current one.

     

    I do not know if you have ever played Shinobi on PlayStation 2 but doing those skills that cost no energy and no other penalties would insight a near immortal Ash. Ash without a energy cost for his skills or HP drain or any drain for that matter would make Ash the "go to" frame of Warframe. 

    it would surely go like this when playing Ash with my idea rework and no HP drain:

    -Activate Bladestorm

    -Spam skills

    -No negative benefit from spamming skills because all someone would have to do while in Bladestorm is keep pressing 3. And since you're in Bladestorm, Teleport killing foes would still trigger the second ability in my version of Bladestorm which would make his wrist daggers more powerful with each kill(like Akujiki).

     

    The community would be in a outrage because no other frame would possesses those qualities. Thus why I put the HP drain idea into activating Bladestorm. Now, maybe the HP drain needs a rework, I get that. But pretty much my idea is this, hopefully you understand-

     

    Ash would be a Warframe that would be the mirror image of Shinobi from the PS2. Only "Warframe Edition", thus the HP drain when in Bladestorm. 

     

    Shuriken after a double jump would pose as a global stun. The Vault Jump would not trigger the global shuriken stun.

     

    As I stated and I will state again, if the HP drain is a bad idea, then I stand corrected. 

     

    I repeat. 

     

    If the HP drain idea is wrong, then by all means correct me. I'm not going to try and debate over this because it's just an idea I threw out. It's not set in stone by DE and it's just an opinion. So please, I say again, please, treat it as such. The HP drain may need some additional rework, maybe even more HP per kill or something that would restore more HP of Ash, but my thoughts were someone would run the Rejuvenation Aura(yes, that would axe Steel Charge) to counter the HP drain making it less. And also with a Rage/Quick Thinking build Ash would be more then capable to withstand a lot more punishment especially since his skills while in Bladestorm use no energy but instead HP. 

     

    I am not defending the HP drain idea, if it's bad, then it's bad. But please. Treat it as a opinion. I am not DE, just a player with an idea. Nothing more. :)

    I dont know if You realize it but thats what a Stance Ultimate consist of. But no cost would be absurd, i like Your Idea I support it, the Health drain not much but with a Life Steal on every Kill will be great, and also make Ash invisible when not attacking, the Idea is You only break Invisibility when You attack and the Invisibility is traded for Invincibility as the Current Blade Storm attacks render You Invulnerable because Ash is performing a Finisher Kill.

    As Noted in Wikia Finisher Kill animations render You invulnerable to damage while the animation is on. This makes sense for Blade Storm, Blade Storm is like a Finisher Kill when in Open Combat, when Undetected Blade Storm Kills are Stealth Finishers, this will make Ash a more Stealthy Frame and Players will want to use Blade Storm in Spy and Stealth Missions period.

    The concept I was inspired from observing grineer Manics helping a New player farm Ash.

    Even In the Wikia Ash and Manics have very similar behaviors.

    Dashing in for quick strikes before falling back to the shadows, the GrineerManic is difficult to catch and deadly to ignore. Although only a few Manics will spawn in a given Grineer mission, its speed and damage make it a devastating enemy to face.

    Manics have a chance to drop Ash blueprints upon death, similar to howEximus enemies can drop Oberon Parts, making the parts fairly difficult to acquire compared to other frames.

    Behavior

    the Manic is a fast-striking and ELUSIVE melee unit, capable of CLOAKING to close in on foes and having an ability to STEALTH KILL unsuspecting players (the player must be facing away from the Manic to have this happen).

     

    Ashis Lethal and Elusive Right? He is Farmed from these Freaks now Right? Why not inspire a Blade Storm rework the is similar to Manics Attacks and its behavior?

     

    I totally agree on the stealth idea. As long as he is not attacking he will not break stealth. That would be a great idea, seeing how "now" the only way to get Ash(not Ash Prime) is to kill Grineer Manics. 

     

    And I can see that no one really likes the HP drain idea, I stand corrected on this and I apologize about this feature. I only thought about it because of balancing issues with Ash and of course to have a play on Shinobi. :)

    Your idea is still somewhat punishing for Ash because it requires him to damage and kill the enemy by himself, if he wants to heal. There will be situations where that simply won't be possible unless his team isn't attacking enemies.

    No one said that, as I stated I "believed" the community would think that would be too powerful. 

     

    It's just what I thought would happen later down the line. If the HP drain is a bad idea, I'll stand corrected. But it's just a balancing thought. Nothing more. :)

Also in my idea successful kills reward him with health restore, but only if he alone got them. Sort of a like a honorable kill thing. Much like Nekros for his ultimate. By no means are my ideas perfect but I've always thought that Ash reworked like the gameplay of Sega's "Shinobi" for PlayStation 2 would be pretty cool but that's only my opinion.

    Blade Storm Stance is basically an Exalted Blade/Hysteria/Primal Fury and it should scale off of melee mods for damage scaling, this should clear enemies alot faster since a Stance Blade Storm will force Ash players to now Manually kill enemies You will lose that sense of rapid random killing spree like in Ninja Gaiden (Shinobi's Nintendo Brother)

    Shinobi's Tate time is similar to a manual Blade Storm, trust Me I played both Shinobi PS2 and Nightshade as well and they were fun, the blood drain gives You a sense of "HURRY or you DIE" feeling and I like it soo to incorporate it to Ash he will need to utilize Life Strike and melee mods should scale Shuriken and Blade Storms damage.

    Why Shuriken You say? Its a Secondary? Wrong, Ashs shuriken is an ability not a secondary and Ash is a Melee Based frame scaling shuriken off secondary then Blade Storm off melee would be conflictive, better to scale off of melee and consider shuriken a special Glaive kinda shuriken. This will scale shuriken damage into late game and adding the shuriken burst aerially would be nice, I myself suggested adding atleast 2/4/6 shurikens for Ash this would help with Seeking Shuriken to fit better and apply more debuffs to a wider range of enemies. The idea of Ash draining health by Blades Storm is a nice idea, as long as Ash still deals Finisher/Slash with bleed DoT and is rendered Invulnerable to enemies damage ofcoarse.

    My concept is allow Ash to be invisible while not attacking when in Blade Storm (Similar to Grineer Manics) and when attacking Ash/Clones break stealth and appear outta smoke rendering them invincible.

     

     

    I believe I did read your thread. I'm not sure exactly but I think I have. 

     

    I'm not good with scaling (math)as I'm a lonely tenno who plays mostly alone. :( Not to be a downer but I've never had a group of other tenno I got to know and played for 60+ minutes of anything, it would be nice but eh, "a Lone Tenno Operative" I am unfortunately. lol. I would like to play missions longer but I'm just a hotjoiner. 

     

    The ''hurry and kill'' before you die is a new concept to Ash with my rework but I JUST thought of something. What IF DE built Ash around Channeling Mods? Like while in Bladestorm stance, if Ash channels, he uses little to NO energy and only Channeling mods on his melee transfer over to Bladestorm's melee. That would bring Channeling back as the only channeling mod I ever use is Life Strike.(I think DE needs to rework the Channeling system) 

     

    Also the reason for HP drain is because he skills while in Bladestorm use no energy. So Rage/Quick Thinking builds would sorta make a return.

    Frame: Ash/Ash Prime

    Rework idea notes:

    Shuriken: While Ash is on the ground he throws to homing shuriken at foes inflicting Slash damage over time. 
    During Bladestorm: Activation of this skill after a double jump throws shurikens in a radius inflicting a 2-3 second stun duration to foes hit. Cost 1 or 2HP for this skill.

    Smoke Screen: (does what it does currently)
    During Bladestorm: Activation of this skill will also cloak allies and any enemies stunned by the activation of this skill are open to finishers for 3-5 seconds.

    Teleport: (does what it does currently but without the option of opening the target up to a finisher, see why below) 
    During BladeStorm: Ash will automatically warp to the targeted foe and automatically perform a quick finisher. If the target foe is not killed, it will cost Ash 10HP instead upon unsuccessful kill. (The animation finisher would be a random animation finisher of the old/current Bladestorm) Ash will also be able to teleport to any foe/ally without a energy cost but will cost him 5HP per activation.(Teleport will not kill Ash but cannot be activated after he reaches the 5HP left limit)

    Bladestorm: When this ability is activated Ash will enter the Bladestorm state/stance to where both of his inner "arm daggers" will extend out. While in Bladestorm, Ash can dash in any direction leaving a "after image" clone of himself.  During(/while in) Bladestorm Ash's health will be consumed but will not go below 5 HP. At 5 HP, Ash will be forced out of Bladestorm. Any melee kill Ash successfully gets increases his damage/critical chance of his Bladestorm arm-daggers and will restore 5HP to Ash, with his daggers glowing a darker shade of the desired energy color.(Glow of Bloodlust)

    (notes)

    -Dashing would be infinite, without a energy cost. However, these "after image clones" will have a small bit of "aggro" much like Loki's Decoy and Saryn's Molt ability and only a maximum of 3 clones can be out at one time, so any further "ninja dashing" will immediate delete the oldest after image clone, and the dash would/could be affected by range mods or better yet, the range could be locked like Mesa's. Which I think would be best.
    -Whatever timer DE places on how long the "Glow of Bloodlust" lasts, once it goes away so does all the positive benefits of increased crit and damage, which is also capped based on what DE thinks is best for not having a "overpowered Ash".


    In conclusion Bladestorm is literally the game mechanics of Shinobi from PlayStation 2 with Akujiki active. Only with Ash his "dagger Akujiki's" would only hunger for his life when he activates them. With the addition of the other skills being syenergy based skills ONLY WHEN Bladestorm is active. If a HP drain is too much, then of course DE and the player base can vote to nerf it, making the drain lower. I would say the longer the duration of the build then it would result in the less drain on HP on the Bladestorm rework skill. 1.5HP drain being the lowest. 

    I know some will not like this and I know many will negatively criticize me for this rework idea. This is just a idea to DE, not something that I believe should be set in stone. I thought of the HP drain idea because we have frame abilities and mods to recover HP.(yes, Life Strike would help Ash keep his HP up.) I think this idea would be good in terms of more teamwork based gameplay. I'm open to any idea or tweaks or even criticism. 

     

     

    Additional requests:
    The down arrow key placing the cursor in the chat at the END of what you typed and of course the up arrow key placing the cursor at the beginning of what you typed. Ctrl+A working in the chat(so I can highlight everything and delete it). /r being to be able to reply to the last whisper sent to you. That would be great DE if you guys could do that with the chat!

    Also. Another "Create a Tenno Tune" artist competition. Because I would love a updated sound file pack for the new sounds in the game!

  9. This issue is via Steam. The previous update apparently fixed this and I was able to play the game again. Letter13 aided my issue a bit, however it was fixed due to a patch I suppose. Now with 18.3.1 I am back to the launcher not even running and Steam yet again telling me when I click "play" 

     

    "Running"

    "Syncing"

     

     

    then nothing. Literally. 

     

    Nothing shows up, nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice both the Steam app, Warframe AND the standalone version of Warframe[which REALLY surprises me.] My PC specs as follows and is currently up to date with the latest drivers on everything:

     

    Win 10 64bit Home Premium

    8GB DDR3 RAM

    Razer peripherials[mouse, keyboard]

    PreSonus Audiobox USB[for my audio]

    Samsung Evo 250GB SSD

    MSI Z77A-G41 Motherboard

    Intel i5 3570k

     

    I've closed Razer Synapse because I've read on another thread that it was the cause of certain issue with the launcher, so I thought maybe my issue could be the same. However it wasn't. Even with Razer Synapse closed it still does not open the launcher at all when clicked on via Steam or Standalone. 

     

    Hopefully DE can resolve this issue not just for me but for anyone out there with the same issue.[it's been 3 days now]

     

    And thank you to whomever has any advice as to troubleshoot and help me with my issue! 

  10. UPDATE 2: I do not know what DE did but I just got back from shopping and decided to boot up Warframe. It's 8:32[EST] and the launcher is working. Right now it's updating and I'm ticking/unticking the necessary options in the settings of the launcher. Thank you DE for such hardwork and dedication to this issue! And thanks to all including Letter13 for the quick responses!

  11. UPDATE: Within Steam I activate the app of course by hitting "Play". Steam then says that my status is that I'm "playing Warframe". Then. It says really fast, "syncing" then my status goes back to "Online". Of course then I know the game did not launch. 

     

    With the standalone app it's worse, I double-click that, after 2 spinning Windows mouse loading blue circles, nothing. 

     

    I did everything I could on my end to see if it was me, however I believe it is not. I could somehow still be wrong but I don't know the status of the US[EST] server. I am actually from the southeast region of the United States, so I don't know if DE is having server issues at this time. 

     

    I suppose I'll just wait again for a day or 2 because I've tried everything I could to get the game running and the launcher still will not come up at all.

     

    And much like Letter13 mentioned I don't think it's my GPU, seeing how I cannot connect "network" wise. It's like I got DDoS'ed individually or something! :D haha

  12. Ah Letter13, my apologizes for not being more decriptive! :D 

     

    When I did install my GPU I ran the game[Warframe] once, and upped the FXAA to x16[?]. I'm a curious idiot and maybe that is what disabled me from having my PC be able to open my launcher after I closed it to go watch a movie. 

     

    But my issue is after just changing that setting, the launcher will not open at all. Of course, on Win 10 I get the spinning blue circle confirming that I did select Warframe to open, and then nothing happens. In the Task Manager there are no instances of Warframe running either.[Which kinda scared me] Just "SteamBootStrapper x32" was running.[Whatever that is...] 

     

    But that's my issue, the launcher now will not even open up or show up. I'm reinstalling the Steam version of Warframe now. 30 minutes and counting lol. The standalone app, when double-clicked does nothing besides the standard spinning blue circle shows up as if it's loading and nothing happens after. This also happened earlier this month, so I waited and I found out the servers went down. I don't know if that's the case now however.

  13. Yes, I have. Sorry if I failed to mention that! I did update all of my GPU drivers and actually I booted up 2 other games in my Steam library to make sure that my connection and the GPU were fully operational. Both games ran very good but unfortunately Warframe's launcher won't even show up when I double click the Steam icon, within Steam, or even the standalone app.

    EVGA GTX 950 2GB(upgraded from a EVGA GTX 650Ti)

    Samsung 250GB SSD

    Windows 10 x64 Home Premium Edition

     

    Now with my 650Ti I logged in before upgrading my PC and Warframe seemed to be running fine. However, after the long upgrade(I also changed PC cases as well) it seemed that via Steam and standalone app I cannot log in whatsoever. 

     

    My region is US [EST] and I'm wondering if the US [EST] servers are down? Or is it something I did? I reset my router, uninstalled Steam and both versions of the game, on top of that I'm currently trying to reinstall the standalone app and nothing happens. I will try via Steam app after reinstall but I'm wondering are the servers down? I'm seeing other friends on mine log on via Steam but of course they are in other regions. 

     

    Anyway thanks to anyone who can clarify if this issue is going on or not. I haven't been able to log in from Jan 9th, 2016 around 9-10pm[EST]

  15. I know I can't speak for the Warframe community, but I'm speaking from my experience. And quite frankly, I know for a fact that DE does not care one bit about their players in terms of actual gaming with other players

     

    For those who don't get it, read that as a whole. I may have presented it as a separate, but read that as a whole, instead of locking on to one sentence. 

     

    Again I'm just awaiting an official response.

  16. Quite frankly, I'm tired of it

     

    I have given every last bit of patience I could possible give to Digital Extremes and now I'm just fed up. The last "update" looked like finally DE was concerned about those who do get "autokicked", but after the update it just seemed like they still didn't care

     

    Currently I play Guild Wars 2, Blacklight: Retribution, Ghost Recon: Phantoms, even Shadowgun Deadzone(for PC) and I always have a green connection.(or good connection)When I play Warframe it's always the same issue. Try to host a party, party members get autokicked. I try to join, I get autokicked. I know I can't speak for the Warframe community, but I'm speaking from my experience. And quite frankly, I know for a fact that DE does not care one bit about their players in terms of actual gaming with other players

     

    This has gone on too far and to advertise "in our game players can fight alongside each other" is a slap in the face to those who can't even play with others because of your wonderful "autokicking system". And what's worse there are other players who completely bad mouth players who actually have a decent connection, but if a slight drop comes to their connection, the system "autokicks" them from the party. I've had dozens of players trash talk me and many other players realize(thankfully) that it is not me, it is you, DE. 

     

    And please do not try to belittle my intelligence by saying the standard: "Are all your drivers updated? GPU drivers updated? Etc etc etc "updated"?" Because they are. No one is on my connection, just me. And even when my siblings are on my connection, when I play the other games listed above, nothing happens in terms of me being "autokicked" in those games, and I still retain a very good connection. In Warframe, it's a nailbitting "will I be able to stay in this party or will DE little "hidden system" autoki-

    No one from Digital Extremes, from the Warframe division has yet to answer why this is so. Only players and "Forums Moderators". Not to say they don't know anything, but right now, I'm all out patience of reading "guesses". I need to know from the source.

     

    So, I wish to hear from the source. The man or woman who is behind the coding and development(networking engineer/coder for Warframe) of why this system exists in Warframe. Why does it do this? What are the limits of when this "autokick" happens? What triggers this "autokick" in this game? Who thought this would be a good idea to have in place and keep in place? 

     

    I'll be overlooking responses from: 

    forum members.

     

    forums moderators. 

     

    I want to read from the source

     

    I ask you to explain this issue thoroughly and if so put it into basic terms. Heck, make it "simple, stupid".(my coach from high school said he liked to keep things "simple, stupid". So simple you have to be completely stupid to not understand it). I will not "demand" this explanation, even though I am in great frustration of this issue that I believe will never be fixed due to the actions taken to solve this issue, because your actions DE on this issue has been a "sweep it under the rug and ignore it" action. 

     

    And even if possible give me a ETA on when this issue is going to be severely looked into. Or is it even being worked on? What could I do on my end to soften the blow until the issue is fixed

     

    Well.

    I don't know what you meant by "spoken like a true pirate". As I meant I don't involve myself with piracy at all. But my views on such subject is not the topic of the conversation I'm creating, nor do I think it's appropriate on the forums.(especially in this section)

    -43ms ping

    -7.60mb download speed

    -1.33mb upload speed

     

    2nd test:

    -42ms ping

    -7.64mb download speed

    -1.39mb upload speed

     

    3rd test(drumroll):

    -42ms ping

    -7.47mb download speed

    -1.35mb upload speed

     

    Now I know that I'm gonna get a lot of hate for my connection, but here's the thing. Before update 15.2 I've never had bad hosting rep from players. Even on the AT&T Uverse ISP connection. But shortly after 15.1 I started to notice that players started to hate me more and more hosting ODD's, Defense missions, Void instances and all that. 

     

    I have no idea what you guys did at DE after(or at) 15.2, but it is ruining my reputation with players, and I wish it would stop. 

     

    But I'm pretty sure it's not going to. Unfortunately.

     

    Some may say: "Well stop hosting then and join someone who has a better connection." To which I say, please, with all due respect, read on. 

     

    Yesterday I thought it was a client based issue, so I compared the Steam client of Warframe vs. the standalone client of Warframe. There's no difference. Players still join me, and players still bash me to death about my connection, swearing I'm having bitorrent programs open(I don't do piracy, but I'm not getting into that topic..) or lots of programs open while hosting, when I don't. There are some players who understand, and most who don't.  :(

     

    When I host, my trick is, turn everything off. Especially if I'm using the standalone client, turn everything off but Warframe.(that includes Steam) Because I know unfortunately Warframe works based on Peer-to-Peer and it's a hassle to have smooth gameplay with the host connection being throttled by other processes using the internet. 

     

    But even with that trick, after 15.2, things have plummet for my hosting ability. This greatly saddens me to the point where I believe I can no longer play Warframe and that maybe I should just leave for a long while, or entirely. I've been in this game since the Closed Beta, and I love this game, but unfortunately this peer-to-peer mechanic, it being so broken and not stable is ruining my experience for Warframe, each and every day. 

     

    And with each new update it gets worse. 

     

    And worse.

     

    And. Worse. 

     

    I've even come to the conclusion that maybe when DE updates and adds new mechanics to the game and features, that maybe they are so crushed on time, players getting angry and wanting them to "hurry up" they(DE) constantly overlook the "networking" of the game and then have to patch it at a later date. But at this point in time, players cannot even create teams anymore because this game "autokicks" players from the party so frequently. 

     

    And the temporary fix to that is: get players who want to join, keep their whispered tabs open, join the instance alone, and then hurry and invite all the players wanting to join. 

     

    But even with that trick, for myself, players still hate my guts because of "extreme lag". The more twisted thing is, I've been in a mission/instance with a players with fiber optic Google Internet and everyone connected to him/her was complaining that it was "extremely laggy".(I was in the mission too of course) Which only still leads me to believe that it's not solely the players having the connection issues and problems...

     

    It's DE. 

     

    Now I have no idea what you guys at DE have planned for a hotfix for this or anything. Players have said that you guys plan on shipping out a feature to make players be able to reconnect to a mission after being autokicked or lagging out. While that is a great start, the problem still lies between having a stable and constant connection from the host's PC to DE servers. And from what I understand what peer-to-peer hosting is that it's:

     

    Players PC's invited connect to and talk back and forth to the host's PC, which connects and talks back and forth to the DE Severs. Invited players->Host->DE servers

     

    Maybe there's a fix for my issue here, or maybe there's going to be a major fix for hosting in the future. I can only hope so. For now, for me, unfortunately Warframe is unplayable. And what's worse is, not only am I sitting on a 50% off(21hrs left) platinum purchase that I really want to spend money on and sitting at max rep waiting to level up in my chosen syndicate, but it only draws me back to:

     

    "Even if I got the platinum what can I do? My sole purpose of joining Warframe was to play with others and enjoy other players, fighting together for a common goal. Which is RARE in most game nowadays. Now, I can't play with people because it's too "laggy" to play with people or it's too laggy even when I host for people. So what would be the purpose of getting anything more from Warframe if I can't enjoy the game for the reason I joined the game?"

     

    Which saddens me.

     

    I hope DE can fix this issue. Not for me, but for all Tenno. :)

  19. I have this too, but I also run Physx so it may also be caused by that.....

    I highly doubt it's the cause of PhysX. That would be a NVidia issue, and there isn't a NVidia issue. It's ever since the animation update of when enemies die and "de-res". It needs to be either removed from the game or an option to turn it off. 

  20. So no option to "turn off the new disintegrating enemies animation that KILLS 90% of the Warframe communities FPS". 

     

    No offense DE, but we need this option. I held a steady 60FPS on a 650TI Boost 2GB card before that animation update. Now when enemies die and drop to 32 and sometimes 16FPS

     

    We don't have superpowered rigs like you guys do at the DE office with 4 SLI'ed GTX Titans sitting in our PC's. We need the option to turn this OFF

  21. I just looked and I'm currently on VLC version 2.1.5. For me it's stable and doesn't crash when I do anything. Whether playing Warframe or just watching movies that version of VLC is stable for me. I'm on Windows 7 64bit Home Premium by the way. Just go to your "Programs" list and make sure you have a stable version. Mine could be out of date, but I see so reason to update since it's been stable so far. 

     

    I'll try and check back to see if you have resolved your issue. :)

     

    EDIT: I just checked the main website as well, 2.1.5 is the latest Windows release so make sure yours is up to date. If not, the safest thing I would do is uninstall that current VLC and reinstall it with the newest/latest one.(that being 2.1.5)
