  1. Jesper Kyd's AC - brotherhood soundtrack, to be honest.

Some two steps from hell, audiomachine, and a mix bunch of rock and some metal

Adds this whole epic feel to things

oh, and I always kick of the first map of the day with TSFH's Archangel - get's the blood flowing :)

  2. I really like this idea. What sells me the most is how you've linked passives to meeting certain in-game requirements. This would encourage players to not only play more with their frames, but also to romp around other planets in the entire solar system instead of sticking to the early maps or farming defense maps.

One variation you might consider is to make the passives optional somehow - like a tree. I have no idea how this is going to be done, but this is what I have in mind. Taking your examples further, supposing you raise affinity for Mag up to the desired level, so now you have a choice; either take guass rounds OR take reduced health damage from projectile weapons. You have to pick one. Once you've made your selection (after clicking yes, on the mandatory 'are you completely, absolutely, 100%, cross your heart and hope to die SURE,' button) then the passives will upgrade automatically after meeting the in-game requirements for levelling that passive (shot at for 250,000 dmg for lvl 2 etc.)

Then, supposing you think your passive progression wasnt working out like you thought it would and you want to respec. Simple. Shell out the platinum for the handy dandy Orokin Recalibrator and reset your passives back to level 1. You can choose passives depending upon your affinity pool but you will lose any additional levels you had earned. If you dont want to shell out plat for the Orokin Recalibrator-thingy, then you can farm '?' alerts for the ultra rare bp drop, OR hope you get lucky with the daily reward (fat chance there).

  3. We're a race of Tenno that 'wear' Warframes. The warframes we wear are cheap copies of the original warframes (the Primes) that are being churned out by the Lotus in Mercury where the last remaining Orokin Temple is. We Tenno have been drifting through space, sleeping across centuries in frozen pods, until awoken to battle by the Lotus to fend off the aggressions of the Grineer, the Corpus and the Infested.

Short Answer: Suits. the character, is your own.

The original Trinity/Excaliber are the (Primes). They wore the Prime suits. But were Tenno/characters/people also.

An Excal / Nyx lurve story would be nice. They look so similar! Hope that helps.

  4. Waiting on some update on this one as well. I have to play on EU West servers even though I'm in Pakistan, because playing there still got me good speeds once upon a time. Aus servers lagged so much as to make the game unplayable. I used to have the ultralaggy game or two every now and then but nothing game breaking.

Recently though I've noticed that the game is frequently laggy. Enemies and players slingshot up and down the map regularly, I end up aiming and shooting at enemies that are already dead, cant pick up energy or mods etc. It wasnt this bad as recently as a week or so. But now, its gotten really bad. What happened?

  5. My tenno uses those ammo boxes to sleep and meditate on. He also has taken up wood and metal sculpture as a hobby since he wasnt using those boxes to begin with, to express himself between missions. When he's feeling playful, he makes little forts and pew pews imaginary infested. Other than that, he has no use for the login rewards he's been getting.

I like the idea of getting a better reward on day 7 after which the counter can reset back to day one.

  6. I encountered a bug yesterday on Callisto. At the 10th wave, a healer ancient at half health-ish, suddenly became immune to damage, stopped attacking, and just wandered around the map with three tenno wailing on it for a good 10-15 min. This prevented us from completing the wave and receiving the reward as the only way out was to abandon the map. I've seen mobs do that before in the game but it was a little frustrating considering good mods dropped for me in that mod which we then had to forgo.

  7. Some good arguments up there. Really its all down to whether you want to be the guy that kills everything in the map before everyone else [Ash], or if you want to be the guy that supports his team when they really need it [Frost]. Both are equally tenable and viable ways to play - its all down to you.

Personally, I went for Frost. Saw what he could do first hand in a defense map and have been in love ever since. Beware, before you farm Frost, make some blood sacrifices to the RNG gods. You'll need it. It can be tough to farm BPs. If not then be kind to the good people who made this game and shell out some cash for the plat to buy the Stay Frosty package. But trust me - when you see the Frost being made in the foundry...those three days cant go fast enough.

My Frost is getting made right now. Cant wait. Soo cant wait. These three days are going to be torturous. The good news is that my Frost gets done on the labor day holiday! Looking forward to a whole day spent in Warframe!

  8. I got Ash so fast I didnt even know I had all the BPs. But I have my heart set on Frost and now its been three days and many runs, still no systems blueprint. The RNG gods really do hate me.

I've been reading on other threads not to melee the boss as it might send stuff flying? Including BPs. Is this for real?
