I rather liked this event. The crippling of Warframes meant that players (to me) had to use their skill rather than spamming an ult over and over for their uber-forma'd frame. It was scary and intense, being a 75 health Loki Prime.

The rewards? Eh, I dont' really care for the Sheev, but I hate daggers.

I LOVED the Caches. Being rewarded for exploring rather than the standard "Plow through level" mentality that can poison some runs? I loved that. Especially the tiered rewards. First cache? Key (if I remember right). Second cache was fusion. Last cache was the best. You could get 50 Oxium a run! How do you think I managed to build Helios or Teleporters or even have half a hope of getting Zephyr without the nigh-eternal grind?

 

All in all, good event. Shook things up a bit rather than the stagnation of Boltor Prime/Rhino-Valk mustard race.

[Changes To The Invisibility Mechanics Need To Be Fixed For Melee]

Having just fought a bizarre Invasion that decided that near-infinite 35+ leveled Napalms were a good thing, Imma say this.

 

Old Invisibility needs to come back for Loki. Because as it stands, using Quick Thinking is more viable when you're fighting Bombards and Napalms. Oh, sure, they won't land a direct shot, yeah. That doesn't mean a thing with how ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE those AoEs are. 

 

Should I be punished for being a W+F (screw off, I have a weird configuration) Loki Prime? Absolutely!

Should I be punished because I turned invisible and am trying to shoot a Napalm while moving? No! 

 

But maybe I'm just sour 'n drunk from that blasted mission.

 

So many Napalms...why so many Napalms? Why do all of their AoEs have such massive reach? When will the fire stop? Why aren't the Novas moving, daddy?

[Crafting Recipes Modifier]

Can we please get a rework of the amount of Alloy Plate vs. Ferrite it takes to craft a thing? Alloy Plate drops in obscene amounts and yet gets used only in little pinches. Ferrite doesn't drop on NEARLY as many planets or NEARLY in the amount Alloy does. Simple tweak? Just swap all the recipes that use Ferrite and Alloy with each other. Now stuff uses less Ferrite and more Alloy.

 

Alternatively? Just give us a converter we can drop Platinum on. Seriously, I will pay 150+p for a converter that lets me dump in 7-10k of Alloy Plates and swap those into a single Gallium or Neural Sensor.

I would be up for this. The idea team composition is as follows: Nekros, Oberon/Trinity, Loki with Disarm, and a Rhino.

The ideal mission: Gefion on Ceres. An average of 2-5 Prosecutors spawns per run for me when you hold the core at last above 2k HP. 

Cut Prosecutors into bits, have the Nekros Desecrate.

I am a Trin/Loki Prime/Nekros.

Add me if you feel like. For each hour of grind, I can guarantee a key. However, I will stop after I have Hydroid's Helmet. I have fought Vay Hek over 15 times and am willing to pay platinum just to throttle his cheap face.

I figured this sort of topic would go into Players Helping Players over general discussion since it is a question. But, it's not necessarily me asking for help, just ideas. Still, don't want to inadvertently post to the wrong board. 

 

First of all, some background: I like manipulator frames. I'm not big into dps, not a fan of doing heals (I did that enough in my TF2/KF/DnD days), and I absolutely HATE being a tank. I like changing the battlefield or, at least, the flow of it. Less about reducing the overall amount of enemies and more how they function. Frames like Loki and to a lesser extent Nyx (Nyx is a little less controlled for me...maybe it's just my playstyle) are extremely fun. 

 

Here's my question: What's a good manipulator loadout? I need something that allows me to redirect enemy aggression or buff players or something not directly linked to combat and healing. I currently have a Loki Prime and love 'im to death. I got a Nekros and I'm working towards a Vauban. I just need a good set of warframes/weapons/sentinels/Kubrow. Any ideas? For a while, I was trying the Mutalist Quanta with Shade and the radiation status combined with invisibility seemed to work a bit, but it didn't feel as controlled as Loki's Decoy/Radial Disarm. 

 

Resources aren't much of an issue and I can currently slap three catalysts and two reactors on something. I just need to know what to bother with. Mods, weapons, even a certain playstyle would all be appreciated. I doubt I'm going to follow through on an idea to the letter, but it would definitely help!

 

tl;dr I'm looking to be a debuff mage and I want weapon ideas thrown at me so I know which forma to forma.

I'd like a Paris Prime bp to offer to a friend. However, those are worth 1p to my knowledge. Throw in an Orthos Prime Blade valued at about 10-20p and I think I have the Lex prime receiver or something. 

 

I know I have a Wyrm Prime Carapace, but that's 20-30p, so throw in the Frost Prime Systems and we got a deal.

 

Now, if you have Gleaming Talon or (god forbid) Crimson Dervish (I wuv you, Dakra), I will happily throw Wyrm Prime Carapace into your face.

[Trouble With Survivals]

This has also happened to me, literally a few minutes ago.

 

Tower 2 Survival with a Valkyr (my friend) and two randoms (a Rhino and a Mirage) and me as a Nekros. I was host.

 

Stayed 'till 32 minute mark or something, life support gave out and we left. But I got the grey screen of doom during the Outro. No rewards are shown. No update on EXP. Nothing but the filter effect. 

 

Earned a Forma bp and some other stuff I didn't really care about (2 Rare 5 Fusion Cores, a Paris Prime Upper Limb, and a Latron Prime part and one other thing, who knows?). Here's the weird part: I got the Upper Limb, but I did not get the Forma. Sorta sad about that, but not game-breakingly so. It just makes me wary about playing Survival for any reason now because I don't know when it'll happen. My friend got all his loot as did the randoms (I assume).

I don't know what these imprints are worth or if mine is rare. I've seen some go for 300p but those were kind of awesome-looking. Since my local trade place doesn't really have a firm price on these, I'll just do the weird thing and auction it off, assuming it's worth anything.

 

Bidding starts at the price of an Ammo Drum. So, y'know...zero. I'll check it tomorrow. It's a Raksa Kubrow. Sounds male.

Hi everyone,

 

I couldn't decide whether this would go in the Trading Post or not, but I figure here you guys will earnestly want to help rather than trying to score that delicious platinum. It is this silver coin that warps our hearts and souls. 

 

Anyway, for a more/less serious topic I had a question. I want a Loki Prime, who doesn't? But I don't have the platinum to drop on him. Is there some socially acceptable way of getting people to haul you along on the void missions? Key-for-key type of exchanges? Give them random parts? I'm not a burden, but I'm also not a potato-farming Forma god. I just find it sort of disheartening that, unless I have a very specific build (As a Nekros/Loki, I really can press more than 3 and 4) and a certain weapon class, I'm undesirable. So, is there a way to score a trip to the Void that doesn't rely on me finding the one desperate player? I feel like this should go in Trading Post, but this seems like less of a trading thing and more of a player thing.

Last Remarks:

As the title suggests, I do not want platinum. Nor will I trade with, sell, buy, or what-have-you with it If I want platinum, I will spend my own money to get it. However, because I only want these four items (seven, if you count Loki) these prices are drastically reduced. This does not mean I want to pay four times the highest price of a part in terms of a trade. I'm not stupid and you won't get a nearly-complete Orthos Prime for the price of a Paris Prime Grip. However, the more of this you trade with me at once, the more you get. For example, the guy who gives out all four of the main parts I want would likely get about a quarter or more of my total stock of prime parts and a small selection of mods. The guy who has all of it would, well, get all of it. This is simply because a lot of the Prime weaponry doesn't appeal to me visually. In fact, everything but the Loki Prime bits are a gift. Still, they seem to like it. Gamertag is the same here as it is on Warframe.

[Void Resources Dropping On Mercury]

[E. Prime Alert Reward Issue]

I can't seem to get the reward for running E. Prime. I ran it and the mission said it was going to be Sabotage but instead, it was an Exterminate mission. I don't have the Mercury/Mars Nav mission finished due to another bug. Could this cause it?

 

Tl;dr Can't get the 14k reward or the blueprint. Mission was supposed to be Sabotage, it even had a poison injector object (albeit, with no health according to the HUD). Mission was Exterminate. Completed it. No reward.

Same problem, actually. Except the mission was supposed to be Sabotage according the the guidelines and it was extermination instead.

 

Completed it anyway, didn't get the 14k credit reward or the Orokin Reactor blueprint.

[Vor's Prize - Mercury Nav Segment]

Oh, this is the proper place to put that. Yeah, me and my friend are experiencing the same problem. 

Built the blueprint before I did the resource run. He was experiencing the glitch. He invited me to his game. We did the resource run. Now I have the issue as well. 

Sequence-break issue?

I have encountered this same bug. I suppose what happened leading up to it was:

First the game didn't like my accessing the Nav map after rescuing the one guy for the Market Mod. A reset fixed this issue, though.

 

Then, after receiving the Ascridius blueprint, I built it straightaway. I mean, heck, I have the resources to make something that costs a measly 250 Ferrite, right? But heck, I had to run the resource raid mission anyway. But before that, my friend invited me to his game. He already had the glitch, I know not how. But the Mars Nav Map mission was invisible to him and he figured, since I hadn't done it, it would fix whatever bug was wrong with it. Nice tileset, by the by. Especially the Grineer prison!

 

Problem arose for both me and my friend after that raid. His game was already bugged for receiving the Mars Nav Map mission and mine got bugged too. I think this is a sequence break of some sort and we weren't supposed to build the Ascridius-remover without hitting the raid first. Along the way, I also noticed it spawned more Raid Caches than needed. By the end, we had 4/3 Raid Caches hit. 

 

I hope this helps. Bottom line, the Mars Nav Map won't work for me and the mission is invisible. I can't see it and I don't know where to go to do it.
