Played warframe and every tons of other games for years, decided to get back into WF recently and finally progress past the first few planets!

[About Prime Vault]

I've never bothered playing much and paying attention to prime stuff, but now I'm getting into the game more seriously and enjoying Rhino a lot I noticed Rhino Prime is coming out of the vault.

Does this mean he'll be available in game reasonably easy without spending cash?

When people say "available through alerts" do they mean solely as rewards for the alert itself, or can they drop during them?

I'm currently looking to start farming for mods I want to do end game builds.. but a lot of the drop locations in the wiki just say "Alerts"

Does this mean the mod can only drop from  system alerts as rewards? Or can they drop in Alerts

Also, can these mods be transmuted?

[Vor's Prize Not Showing On Map.]

Same issue. I was actually on the quest to get the Nav thingie, but the client crashed, now I can't even go to the same spot because the quest area is seperate from the location's normal features.

 

I could head to Mercury and kill Vor, because I've done that prior to this patch, but I doubt it will help.

 

Edit : Killed Vor, did nothing except give me a nav beacon for Venus (which I already have), and I have a sneaking suspicion that breaks later quests.
