I play Wisp with a min-maxed power strength build (359% before Growing Power etc). Very easy to run into things with that much speed, I know, and this applies to projectiles I've fired too as I can keep up with them in some cases.
I've consistently had the bug in the title happen as Wisp and it has happened upon being staggered by my own weapons. I believe this also happens as client, as I could not replicate it in the simulacrum while hosting, but it did happen very early in a defense and a disruption mission that I'd joined and as I managed to hit myself with a stagger weapon. I am also fairly certain I was sprinting at the time, or rolling as I am generally traversing the level as fast as I can when it happens.
Upon being put in this state, I am unable to shoot, use abilities, swap to operator, and falling off the map does not fix it. The only thing that does is being killed and using a revive, so I assume that it has something to do with putting a client Wisp in a 'knocked down or staggered state' but not resetting her to a normal state when she gets back up. Considering that Wisp has unique animations for movement, it may have something to do with them, and I imagine the same could happen to the soon to be released Titania Prime if I am correct.

Whenever the Kuva Quartakk's firemode changes from auto to burst, and vice versa, the gun can immediately fire again. This means that fire rate mods are pointless if you simulate Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer by spamming right and left click, in that order, over and over again.

Throwing my hat in, though I don't think I have to at this point.
No Ash Prime, had stream running for ages, and was definitely running from 6pm to 7pm ET.
(I wasn't awake though, timezones and stuff, so understandable if I don't get it) -

Void Gear, Vanitas' weapon and being what it is, is probably the weakest point in this. Baconsword (Mire) is NOT a Keyblade.
Colours are there if you want them.

If I remove a catalyst, is the reactor consumed?
If so, what would be the point?
Your catalyst becomes usable once more, but the reactor is gone. Vice Versa.
Might be a problem in the long run considering that Warframes are much less common than weapons but their value in the market is the same.
But that is the point, you're not going to get many catalysts and reactors and you won't get something for nothing. Plus more material costs could be added.

I'd say the alert system is fine as it is, all things considered.
If things like Energy Siphon and Rifle Scavenger didn't keep coming up, Newbs would never be able to get them.

Make removing a catalyst require a reactor and vice versa.

In my experience, the damage values on the despair are halved, but are shown twice. I saw a 97 damage hit pop up twice on a Grineer with a single hit without Barrel Diffusion.
Might be some strange anomaly though.
