Will the cheats that are made on the PC platform invade console?

On Nintendo Switch platforms we know that there is no cheating and it was the merit of the player himself. I believe that many PC bloggers benefit from this feature to evolve fast.

I don't want these cheats to invade consoles. Because today it is divided from the PC player to know how to play for real. The other platforms are sure of the ability without cheating.
