the restart worked, and internet being off forces a logout so it wasn't that

After fighting Tyl Regor six times, I had 3 Ash Chassis Blueprint, and 3 Ash Systems Blueprint, but no helmet blueprint.

In short, Tyl Regor isn't dropping the ash helmet blueprint.

If I might be able to receive the helmet blueprint that would be cool too please.

In the ship, I was trying to upgrade "Steel Fiber" using four copies of "Pull" to upgrade it to 30% more armor

When applying the upgrade, I recieved the following message
"Reconfiguration could not be completed.  Your account has not been charged.  Please try again later."

no more than two people can be in the dojo at once, a third trying to enter gets denied by "Failed to join session" consistently
