Because spending plat takes enough effort to justify a reward.
Spending plats means supporting DE monetarily.
It justify a reward.BUT, giving Riven as a reward for spending plats make Warframe more Pay to Win, so it's not a good idea.

Could you rush the incubation process (If you click fast enough)?
Those are delicious -3k plat cost for rushing incubation.
It might give you 3k plats and fixed the problem though.This looks like OP stopped playing after Kubrows update and just recently get back to the game.
Something might have happened between the updates since then. -

We have better kind vs toxic players ratio, that's all there is to it.
There will always be toxic players in a game that has lots of players.
EDIT:
This may has something to do with winning and losing in a game too.In PvE focused game like warframe, we(players) tend to win more.
While in PvP half of the players will lose.

Like me (Played PvE with my irl friends and they said they're all lagging), so i tend to stay away from pvp, and only go public pve when i have to, and pray that i'm not the host.

Agreed, we shouldn't ask for too much nerf, it's either nerf the really OP ones or bring up the useless ones up to standard.

Personally i like Dakra prime looks, but haven't got around to farm its parts yet. I'm far behind in the priming business.

I'm not an expert in hardwares but, all of them looks good.
What OS is it on?
Have you try turning off physx?
And try the suggestions from other that you haven't done yet.
Did this happen when you play another game ?
If you haven't try, it's a good time to test this while take a time off from Warframe to cool down, why game if it stressed you out, right?
If you dislike tinkering with your laptop and since opening a new ticket is not ideal, post your problem here and open a new ticket only if a staff told you to.
Oh, and check first if anyone has the same problem, there are some people there with memory problem after monday update.

At first glance it looks like hardware problems.
Did this happen when you play another game too?
That ticket looks polite enough, but I won't comment too much without knowing what exactly happened. I'd rather help with your problem.

Support helped me solved 2 problems in the past.
One was immediately solved the next day, and the other one took 3 days (maybe because i submitted it on Saturday).
Spamming support is a bad move though, even if the support is an AI or robot it will delayed support to work on other tickets.
And make sure to explain your problem as detail as possible, it helps.

Might as well merge it with armor, and rework the armor so it could at least hold a bit more in endless.
Ex :
Iron Roar
Merge Roar and Iron Skin effect.
Taunt enemies in a radius of ### metres (Radius should be not too large but the taunt effect is constant as long as the roar is active).
Balancing : Iron skin now share Roar duration (to promote roar recast for team buff), but armor will be take into account when the skin take damage. Skin health might needs to be reduce a bit if it's too OP.
New Skill
Something that return amplified damage received by health (Rhino's or the skin's health) so it could works in tandem with the taunt.
Leave the ult as is, it's a panic button when Rhino players decided that incoming damage is too much to tank.
