Update won't let me log in now. Password works fine on this website, but the game itself says invalid password.

I'd love to say they do refund stuff, but the email I got was rather ridiculous to obtain my refund and essentially was told without saying I won't be getting my refund. The email was said, and I quote:

* You were playing a mission that required a **Key**, an **Alert/Event that is no longer available** or you have used a **Void Relic**
* You were **Not In Solo Mode** and you **Successfully Completed** the mission.

* You provide the required information in **Text Form** (*Screenshots and Videos will not be accepted*).If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to restore the missing item.

* What are the **Names of the other Players** that received the item?

End Quote.To start, the first paragraph of bullets is cool, makes sense. I provided all of that, however, this is an "endless" mission with about 10 seconds between each wave to pick things from, mind you, that your trusting to "work." With that said...
I'm sorry... but again, when your in an endless mission with four tenno, two of which were random tenno to randomly join your party at the start, your not expecting the system to fail and give you the wrong loot and only AFTER you get out of the mission do you realize the issue? How am I supposed to know and be expected to record and write down the time for every reward when it's rewarded and write down which of the many dozens of relics I had less than 10 seconds to chose from while ducat farming? Yeah, Show me someone who can record all of that data and send you that post in such detail in less than 10 seconds everytime for each relic. DE, this system is not realistic nor does it work.
(I also want to add in this edit that, I'm not upset that I didn't get my rewards the first time! It's a game that is still in beta, bugs are to be expected, I get that. However, this is the process that is expected of the tenno to have support fix their problems. This is not only cruel but unfair and needs to be revised, that is my beef.) -
Just wanted to A) See if anyone else is having this issue since latest hotfix and B) just wanting to make the error known. Since this latest update, some items for my ship energy in interior can no longer be customized. My energy color of choice is purple, yet all of the animated energy objects, i.e. Foundry and Tenno Door, are still default blue. I have tried changing the interior energy to other colors but they will not change. I did also notice the surrounding glow changes to the proper color, but the object itself does not change from the default blue.

I see. That's REALLY annoying then. I hope they change that mechanic and find a better way to deal with individuals who abusive AFK mechanics rather than punishing the masses for petty things. I appreciate everyone's responses and assistance to my question and topic.
In regards to the image posting, thank you for the suggestion Karukiku, hopefully I've posted the right link.

Oh! I forgot to mention, I did take a screenshot of the Mission completion result but have no clue what so ever how to post or attach an image to a post and if it's even possible in these forums.

So, I recently did a Tower 3 Void Exterminate mission with a Clan mate (at roughly 9:30pm EST.) About 3/4ths of the way through the mission (they're generally short missions anyways,) My dog decided he really needed to go outside. I asked the clan mate to finish it up, I'd only be a minute, and would be back. I was afk for roughly 3 minutes, and a minute of that was the clock count down. Out of roughly 120 enemies, when I had gone very briefly afk, 80+ corrupted were defeated. When I got back, I come to find my mission completion screen stating the mission was completed! it used my Tower 3 key and I got basically no reward after having done a great deal of the work and it took my key. I recieved roughly 1k credits and 50 alloy plate.
What I wanted to know, after having worked rather hard to get my Tower 3 key, is what happened here, why did this happen and if this is intentional, why punish someone who has no history at all of wrong doings and create a mechanic, mind you, for a private mission (not public) who had a real necessity that needed immediate attention. Also, if it is intentional, I propose for closed or friend only missions that do not hinder public games, this mechanic be removed from those gameplays entirely.If this is not intentional, I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone knows if there will be a fix or if one as a result of this is being or will be worked on.
PS: I apologize if this was posted elsewhere, wasn't sure what wording or topic this kind of bug would be under, let alone called, so I kinda just made a title up that sounded best.

Greetings Tenno and members of the Descended Madness Community!
My name is Murceal.
I am a Master Rank 23 player who has been playing for over 3 years. I've been known for my occasional hiatus's but they've been largely due in part to not having anyone to play with! In the past I had maintained a dojo and clan solely for the purpose of catering to the needs of research to provide a safe haven for friends and family who had played but no longer do.
Now, I am for the most part a lone Tenno who is seeking a clan who embraces the ideals of the community and isn't just looking for another member, but what I hope to be is another friend. I possess and have extensive experience in using essentially every warframe and though I have my preferences am quite happy to play whatever is most needed for the group I am engaged with to achieve a common goal. I am an active 24/7 Discord user (when I'm not sleeping or working lol.) At present my primary focuses in game are for Plains of Eidolon and prime farming
