  1. (apparently grineer lancers are bugged, so don't count them in this argument)

Hitting moving targets isn't that hard in real life, you know. Plus grineers are apparently meant to be an entirely militaristic civilization, so you'd expect them to have some training. It's not about how quickly you're moving, it's about angular velocity to a target. If you slide straight towards somebody, you're basically a still target, no matter how quickly you're moving. If you move towards them very quickly at a slight angle, you're actually a very slowly moving target for them. The higher the angular velocity, the harder it is for the enemy to hit you. When are you wall running? A lot of the time, it leads to you heading straight towards the enemy (as said before, making you a very easy target), so your speed doesn't really do anything.

yeah, but even if your enemy is in front of you, if you run with a fast warframe to the left it still hits, which makes fast warframes like loki or ash kinda pointless.

and i forgot to add that even when rolling they still hit you, which makes it completely pointless

  2. Just a few quick things:

    1) Snow Globe

So I have noticed something really disappointing while playing with Frost. His snow globe ability is awesome but it sucks that the enemies don't shoot at the globe. It's great that you have an invulnerable shield but it's lame that you never get to see it take damage. The enemies don't register you as a valid range target anymore so they just hid in cover or if you are lucky run to melee. But not having them register you as a valid ranged target is bad for a couple reasons. One, you can't feel like a badass as all of the enemy fire bounces harmlessly of your bubble shield and second, you stop drawing fire from your friends. Frost is pretty tanky and can fill that role in a party but if he pops Snow Globe then all the enemies ignore him and go about killing everyone else. Not so good for the rest of your squad.

    2) Freeze

Now I know this will never happen because the developers would be daft to do so but I can dream. I wish I could target my allies with Freeze. And by allies I of course mean my friends who are giant $&*^s when they play Loki. As it stands now, Frost has no way to combat the epic trolls in this game. I guess that is just one of the shortcomings of the this Warframe I will just have to get use to. Damn trolls...

Anyway, good luck out there Space Ninja's

friend, as a loki player, im sorry that we are so fast. sometimes i stop to wait for my times that i left behind, but its hard to go slow when you are loki AND have a fully upgreaded run speed mod. we are squishy, at least we have to feel fast

  3. I'm one of those people that kind of hates the "grind" that is concomitant with this style of game. I really hate the idea of having to kill the same boss over and over and over again just to get an item I'm looking for.  The difficulty of killing the boss doesn't ramp up based on your skill or experience, so it really is just a dull grind when in reality we should all be hanging out in higher level areas.

A simpler solution I think is to just make the blueprints available in the store for purchase with credits (not just platinum).  But make it a large number, like 100,000 credits for each component's blueprint or what not.  That way people still have to play to get the blueprints, but they aren't limited to playing the same exact mission over and over and over again.  I'll go have my fun in other areas and make credits along the way. That way I can enjoy the gaming experience, rather than turning the game into a grind.

i think the best way would be that the bosses drop the bluprints you can buy on the store, 100% drop chance (if you sell it you get no credits so you cant farm credits with it) the other 3 parts should be bought from the store 12,500 each, you need the same resources that you need now and the same credits. done, no grinding 30 times to get only a chasis, and lots of fun

  4. revamp of all warframe powers and how the power ressource works.

Right now due to the number of monsters and how quickly and efficiently you can dispatch them with just weapons (not to add power is finite ressource), 95% of the warframe abilities are completely unecessary and useless.

Also, free weapon and warframe slots when you get account levels so that the game don't force you to pay to progress past  few hours (that'll doom the game in the long term)

you might be right about the weapon/warframe slots

  5. Yes - you'd have to collect the three blueprints for the helmet, systems, and chassis, and make each of the three of those.  Once you have those crafted, you can use the schematic from the Market to actually make the frame, and this takes 3 days to build.

ok, thanks a lot for the info, it really helped me out

  6. Yes - you get Frost blueprints from Lt. Lech Kril, in the Ceres sector, which is not one of the easier sectors.  Mag parts you get from Mars (War), Ash's from Uranus (Titania), Ember's from Saturn (Tethys), and Volt's from Jupiter (Themisto).  Any of those would likely be easier to get for you than the Frost at the moment.  You can also get Rhino's blueprints from Venus (Fossa), but it didn't sound like Rhino was what you were going for.

actually, i think rhino might work fine to me, and i recently got a shotgun which i was about to sell which would match just fine with rhino.

a last noobish question. if i buy a warframe blueprint, i have to get the parts blueprints, make them, and then make rhino? i never made a warframe, just some weapons.

  7. To be fair, "non-stealth" covers a lot of ground here.  So, I'll just give you my experiences with the frames I have right now.

    - Excalibur: A great offensive frame.  Stats all around are pretty much average, but that means no glaring weak points, either.  All the abilities are useful, and in many circumstances - something not all frames can say about their abilities.  Slash & Dash you'll be using often, since it's wonderful for it's price and what it does for that price.  Super Jump you can take or leave, but Radial Blind and Javelins are both highly useful.  Rapid assault is the proper title for the playing style that fits the Excalibur best, and it's tremendous fun.

    - Frost: Slower than most frames, but as inexorable as a snowstorm.  All the Frost's abilities are helpful, though not as generally useful as the Excalibur's.  Freeze is useful for slowing down an annoying enemy if you don't have cold damage mods on your weapons, Ice Wave can be fun against crowds to soften them up (especially Infested), Snow Globe is great as a defensive measure (and offensive too, if situational), and Avalanche is a reasonably good lvl 4 power.

    - Mag: Still one of my favorites, and I unlocked her after she apparently got nerfed.  For a caster, her health, shields, and armor really aren't bad at all.  Her first three abilities are technical ones, but all useful in the right circumstances.  Pull can bring a downed teammate toward you for reviving, yank away a Grineer Shieldman's shield, and yank a hapless enemy off their feet, or even funnier, off their sniper perch.  Shield Polarize isn't all that useful against shielded enemies, since the shields reduced by the skill aren't enough - but they are great for buffing your Sentinel's shields, or a teammate's. Bullet Attractor is great against bosses, since it helps turn near-misses from guns into hits - and it makes an Excalibur's Radial Javelin hit with every single shot on its target, resulting in about 12k damage - not bad at all.  And... of course, there's her ultimate, Crush.  Give a Mag the Coil Helmet and the Reach mod, and Crush has a horrifying range of effect.  For those times your other fancy tricks aren't working, or you simply don't have time, Crush is an excellent "no, you fall down now" skill.

    - Ember: The latest frame I've unlocked, I haven't yet gotten it to 30 - mine's about 27 right now, so I'm still getting used to her playstyle.  For how I play (mixing up melee with gunplay usually), the Ember's advantages against Infested are helpful, but not overbalancing.  Granted, her ultimate has potential, but I honestly never use it in favor of using Overheat or Fire Blast instead.  So far, I'm not falling in love with the Ember, but I'll give it time.

thanks. im gonna go either frost or excalibur, but is it true that frost blueprint parts are a pain to get?

  8. Noob topic, noob asking, all noobs always playing overpowered classes and before starting to play always asking the same noob question , shame on you! :D

sorry, i thought this was player helping players, guess i was wrong. just asking for opinions so i dont waste 35,000 credits in a blueprint 15,000 more for creating it and a lot of time for killing bosses.

  9. The frames are all situational, with strengths and weaknesses. There is no best frame. The best you can do is find something that matches your playstyle.

Please give us some feedback on what you liked and/or disliked about your Loki if you would like a recommendation. Whether or not you solo, which weapons you like and what kind of playstyle you lean towards would also be helpful!

well, i always use the paris, i normally like to go solo if i can, and i want to have at least a damage dealing attack

EDIT: i use my loki for stealth, but im looking for any kind of non-stealth warframe

  10. the problem with the barriers is that they are sometimes buggy. many times i destroyed the camera, but i got distracted and went to get some loot, i come back and the lasers are on again, or sometimes theres no camera and the lasers sometimes deactivate on their own.

did anybody had problems like this? bacuse i cant find any posts about this

  11. just how would it be realistic to hold heavy for whatever time you want? can you hold weight for how long you want? nope, muscules will snap eventually. and you dam cleave half body apart with one strike can you imagine pressure on muscules preparing such strike and executing? preparing such strike whole day? you will be tired in few seconds.

timed or stamina drain will be realistic, ifinity time nope

i think the stamina drain will be fine, is just that lately evry time i try to make a heavy attack the warframe does it 1 meter away from my enemy.

oh well! i supouse i been having bad luck.

  12. If you watch the animation closely you'll notice that they don't simply make the movement themselves, something literally forces your arms to react. This would mean a tremendous force is being built up.

next time i will watch more closely then

  13. They're building up power which causes tremendous force on their ligaments.

i dont think it causes "tremendous force on their ligaments"

maybe a little, but consider that they can get trough someone body with their swords and jump various meters over the air

  14. i have a minor problem with heavy melee attacks.

when you hold E, it will charge the melee attack, but the warframe will start the attack even if you are still pressing the button, which makes hard to connect heavy attacks when you sprint.

i think it would be better if the attack starts when you stop pressing the E button, not after a certain time

    PS:sorry for bad english
