  1. Is there any chance you can change Harrow's 2 and 3 in such way that teammates that are in your ability radius can also take advantage of the buffs, heal on hit, and energy on kill? If you are afraid it might be OP, you could even make it so they cannot take advantage of the 4x on headshot, and could even lower the lifesteal and energy on kill to half for them.

  2. When I finished the quest and seen that I got a new weapon, I was expecting to get something on the level of the Broken War, but I ended up being rather disappointed... Why? The special ability is the problem. The animation leaves you defenseless and makes you a target for enemies. It is of no use, really.

    How to fix it? Remove the animation and simply make the enemies killed by the Broken Scepter drop the orbs on death 100% of the time.

    Why is this change important at all? In my eyes, this would make the scepted a great support weapon for solo players, and it would also make mods like Health Conversion and Energy Conversion much, MUCH more viable.

    I already did, but after the hotfix he got MILDLY better, just because his Renewal is now a toggle.

  4.  I would like to begin by saying that I do appreciate the changes made in the latest hotfix, but I still am not satisfied by the outcome, since despite Oberon being better now, he still isn't prefered over other frames.

     In the following paragraphs, as most people already have done, I would like to give DE my input on what else can be done for this rework to not be another Saryn or Mag rage effect.

    1. Smite still isn't well rounded enough. I would say that instead of 35% of the health of the enemy (that is turned to damage) being split amongst the number of orbs you have, make it so every orb does 10% of the target's health as damage, unaffected my strength mods (unless strength is reduced under 100%). I don't believe the initial impact damage should be modified, due to the fact that the enemy that the ability is cast on is knocked down and has radiation applied to them, BUT I do believe that the duration of the radiation proc should be affected by power duration.

    2.Hollowed Ground should have it's base range bumped up to 20 m because it's clear that we are supposed to be camping on it, thus, some breathing room would be quite nice. On top of that, I would like to see something similar to Limbo's 4th: Make the damage of Hollowed Ground be composed of 5%-10% (up to you) of the average between all the health of the enemies currently on top of it's area. Lastly, I would like the status change of the ability to be increased to 30% base, capped at 70%.

    3.Renewal was quite well dealt with in the latest hotfix, something which I am very glad about, but I have a few things to add onto it in order to make Oberon a true healer in my opinion: Please do increase the health healed per second and the bonus armor that it provides when you are on top of Hollowed Ground.

    4.Reckoning doesn't need more damage, since in my eyes it is more of a CC ability, but I would like it's base range to also be increased to 20 m and the armor removal ability that you gain when you use Reckoning on targets that are on Hollowed Ground to be part of the ability instead of a synergy. I would like to see the base armor removal be 20%-30% (again, up to you to decide) affected by mods, with the ability to reach 100% armor removal.

    At last, now that I finished talking about his abilities, I want to mention what nice changes could be made to Oberon's stats:

    -Increase Oberon's base armor to 250

    -Increase Oberon's base energy to 175 (at rank 30, of course)

     Now, being done with what I had in my mind that could bring the rework to a proper level, I would like to beg you for one last change: Please, give us another passive. Thank you for your time, and I truly hope to see some of these changes in game.

  5. I love what is to come for Deerframe-I mean Oberon! Though, as most others, I would like to say what else I would like to see:

    1. I would really like to see more health orbs popping up from him, perhaps something like 50% chance, unaffected by mods, for every enemy hit by Oberon's 1st or 4th ability to drop a health orb would be lovely. Perhaps even 25% chance would be ok if you do feel like the 50% would cause balancing issues.

    2. I would love to see that Renewal wave be faster than Nova's or Mag's, and at the same time, if I am not asking for too much, to have quite a decent range on it, at least bigger than Trinity's.

    3. This third thing isn't really an idea of mine, but more of a plug. I would really love if you, the developers, would check out Brozime's video (On Youtube) if you didn't already, he has some great suggestions on there.

    Other that these things, I am already melting for our dear deer! Can't wait to see it! I trust ya'll that you'll do a good job!

  6. I love the Glaive Prime.I love it to bits.I'd love to use it non-stop,but I can't.After a certain level,the enemies just shrug it off like it's nothing.Maybe it could be buffed as it follows:

     

    >65 Damage (45 Slash ; 10 Puncture ; 10 Impact)

    >10% Critical Chance ; 2x Crit Damage (A 15% Critical Chance would be better,but I am worried it'd be too much.Waiting for opinions.)

    >15% Status Change (20% would be too much in my opinion,but,as said earlier,waiting for opinions.)

     

    I belive this would be good enough to satisfy everyone who loves the weapon and it would make it tons more fun than it already is.(Not that it isn't fun,it's amazingly fun.)
