[Countdown Stops]

Countdown stops i get auto kicked from group. when i host it kicks everyone and im the only one who loads.... please anyone help this is unbearable.

I can no longer do any missions in parties i join. The timer stops at 5 seconds and then im booted from the squad. they enter the mission and ive never left my ship... any help?

 

Also if im hosting it goes to the loading screen only my loading bar shows up and only i load in.. it auto kicks the other members
