[Index End-of-Mission possible bug]

This happened twice for me. During an Index victory, whenever I Tab to view my score, when the score screen automatically comes up, I get a disconnect whenever I'm in a group and get nothing when I rejoin.

[Syndicate Mission Failure on Void Tilesets]

During a Syndicate Exterminate mission on a Void Tileset, I found one of those secret rooms where you race to the end before the doors close. I've already completed the exterminate quota and just needed to get to extraction but instead wanted to hunt down the Syndicate marks when I came across said room. I failed to reach the end of the secret room and the door closed on me. All of a sudden, it gave me a 'Mission Failure' as if I did an Ayatan Treasure mission instead! Now, I lost the Syndicate marks unfairly because of that. Fix this problem, please?
