[Unable To Complete Vey Hek Boss Mission On Earth]

I cant even get this mission i have missed so much of the game since i played that new 14.1 prologue wish i did'ent i had no problem with the game until i played it

I have problems with my codex with it been stuck on Howl of the kubrew and Captain Vor stuck on restore ships comms.Then last night i tried to do Van Hey but did not have the frequency triangulator.Which i could not find in my inventory.Then an alert came for an orokin catalyst on Venus i have completed all the missions on Venus but half the map is missing same with earth.I have missed Breeding Grounds because the codex was stuck.Since i played the new prologue 14.1 i have had nothing but problems with the game.Is there any way i can get a refund for the platinum i have

[Van Hey Frequency Trianguletor Missing]

Went to Earth to do the boss Van Hey but when i got there i could'ent find it.So i gave up on that as an alert came up for a orokin catalyst on Venus but when i got to Venus half the map was missing so i could not do that neither'Then i was told i needed the key for Van Hey a friend sent a picture of it but i can not find it in my inventory.So i looked at my codex which is stuck on Howl Of The Kubrow then i tried Captain Vor and his is stuck on restore ships comms so i put my kubrow into stasis until there sort out these problems as i have missed so much of the new game The Breeding Grounds for one.Since i played the new prologue i have had nothing but trouble with the game.Can any one tell me what i can do with the platinum i have can i get a refund.

codex quest is stuck on the following missions defend your kubrow and restore ships comms there just repeat after doing them? my kubrow is mature and i have the collar already and i couldn't do the breeding ground missions all i did i had to be invited to the mission to complete, it was fine until i did the 14.1 prologue since then i have had nothing but trouble with the codex,will you please help me with this. 

[Problem With Codex]

since i played the new prologue my codex is repeating the howl of the kubrow and restore ships comms.i missed breeding grounds as i could not find it and what i did i had to be invited to it.my kubrow is mature but its still saying i after defend my kubrow which i have done lots of times already.then to top it all off i have planets missing on my map wish these problems could be fixed as i'm not enjoying the game any more.
