im still a noob what does it mean by taking a look into a launcher

Basically before update 15 everything ran smoothly on my pc... i rarely had bugs and warframe never crashed on me. But since the new update, loading a mission with a party takes such a long time and 90% of the time when i host a void mission or anything else it says lost connection to host. Why does it take so long to load missionsor is it just me ?

DE plsss bring back the hallowenn colour pack i missed it last year and i really need it this year !!! pls de
