[Sortie/UI bug?]

Since yesterday (3/23/16), I've been having issues with the first sortie mission on Ose, Europa. Not only has the same mission been repeated, but as I click on the node Ose, I can't click anywhere else. I can't start mission or decline the mission as those options do not show up, I can't select any other node and when I try to exit, it is stuck on Europa with Ose still highlighted.

Hey is anyone getting any lag? Not connection lag but in terms of graphics? Slow gameplay etc?
